Camera itself works fine. The app, however, isn't. It is difficult to access playback, and it can be nearly impossible at times. The app cannot update firmware or change a password even after the application has been uninstalled. Customer service is poor, partly because there are no English-speaking representatives and also because the staff members seem unresponsive. These are the reasons I cannot recommend this camera.

It's basically an invitation for China to look through your personal network. This is extremely intrusive and needs every permission possible. I am now going to reset every security protocol on my network. I was stupid to provide as many details as I did. The cheap camera does not make it worth losing your identity or allowing privacy to be invaded. This camera and app are not trustworthy.

It is a loser over all the other apps and it was tested for most of them. Daily review of the records is disastrously flawed. Always returns to the start of each day at 00:00. There is no time for setting

The app doesn't recognize the camera anymore. The app won't recognize the camera after you reset it. Although the camera detects the signal, the app stops trying to connect.

To be a great app, it needs to do a lot more. The app won't notify me if there is movement in my camera.

This app is extremely frustrating. I have tried different brands of 6 bulb cameras, but this product/app has been the most frustrating. The camera almost hit the wall. It is ridiculous! This is stupid! I recommend Google Play to delete this app, and request a refund for all who purchased this Chinese garbage.

I can't use the device anymore after i have reset.. and keep showing configuration device..

It won't configure. It won't connect and it keeps timing out. It will return camera, and it just arrived today.

Do not buy bogus canmera.

My 2 cameras do not have the time synch. I tried many times, but it still doesn't work.

I tried adding a camera through lansearch, and it showed the camera. However, when i attempt to add the device shown it tells me that it doesn't exist.

The camera's quality and other functions are excellent, but the playback function does not always work automatically. Please upgrade to this app.

What does Smart Add mean? And what are the differences between Hotspot and Smart Add connections and Camera vs. Ap cameras? Please tell me also how to see videos from SD card within this application.

They are very easy to use. I have three of them.
