It takes too long to load. This problem has been resolved. It is still frustrating to use it to communicate with my doctor. 1. After just a few lines, I couldn't see the text anymore. Unless i pressed "back", it would not work. 2. The copy-paste feature that appears on the screen when I tap it once did not work except for this one instance. 3. The record of the message I sent is not available to me.

It's amazing that I have access to my prescriptions and medical records from many years back. It is very important for me to keep track of how my health has progressed. Although I doubt most people will have this access, it could help them to take their health much more seriously. A suggestion that I would make is to provide definitions of the various types lab reports. It is frustrating to find that I am constantly switching between Google and the app trying to understand what my results are. The updates look amazing, btw. Interface looks much better.

You should save your login credentials. You don't have to enter your password every time. It is time to redesign messaging. It is important that users can see the contents of what they are typing. Text should be scrollable and text can also be copied & pasted. A reply button should be available for messages. It would be great to have messages stored/drafted when exiting the messaging screen. Buggy notifications My doctor doesn't send me notifications every time. The pop-up text I get is made up of HTML rather than simple text.

Initially partnered with PCP, but it stopped working after that. Keeps freezing upon start-up. I tried to reinstall, but it now required a Health ID which was not provided. I tried to obtain a Health ID but was told that you must visit the same clinic where it was registered first. I tried to create a new account but was denied because my phone number had been used. App is in dire need of some work. It is buggy and unuser-friendly

Although the app works well, why is it not possible to load the screen horizontally using the same method? The entire screen is not visible vertically and I can't see the password and sign-in spaces on the left.

The Ring app doesn't seem to recognize us, but it says that the phone is connected. It's so difficult to log in, it could go on and on. This stupid thing took me two days to complete. I tried to complain on the app, but it wouldn't send.

Friends were jealous that I was able to access my doctor during covid when others only had full voicemail boxes. This app allows me to text my doctor at any time of day and with any question or concern. This app makes it easy to text a local doctor without needing to see a specialist.

Thank you, MDland! Again, outstanding! There are many advantages to this system: You can check your own medication list using Dose; you can also check the labs of patients. It is easy for patients to share files. I like the update: Telehealth option, manual input and attach/send file options.

This is, supposedly, how to book a kovid vaccine appointment. However there's no way to specify that. It also doesn't allow you to choose from other options. It's not worth the extra space you have by downloading.

I cannot select my doctor from the app to send a note. The app will not let you select a doctor from your contact list. It is impossible to edit the list, and only one doctor can be selected.

At first, it was fantastic. I can no longer access my account after the latest update. My medical records are locked down and I am effectively blocked from accessing my account.

I have not been able to reach customer service. The system keeps telling me that my ID is incorrect, and then it won't let me click anything other than FORGET PASSWORD. I need your help.

It is not possible to schedule COVID-19 vaccines. The Somos website has appointments available, but it states that there are no available appointments. It is also difficult to enter your birthday.

I keep getting error message everytime I enter my registration code. I was sent 3 codes by my doctor, but none worked.

There is no way for me to reserve my COVID vaccination! I get an error message every time I try to book my COVID vaccine. This is as terrible as the ineffective NYC system.
