If you're interested in using VIVOTEK VIVOCloud on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

VIVOTEK VIVOCloud App For Windows

The app allows you to check the security of your home from almost anywhere. There are two things to note 1. The playback quality seems to be getting worse every time. It streams at SD resolution even when it's on the same network. 2) The notifications tab shows when there is a motion detection alarm. The alert will take you to the footage that triggers the motion detection.

The app is not connecting to the server when I'm at home. It also fails to connect via my home network. After installing a new update, this started to happen. This is annoying because you have to close and open the app multiple times in order for it to connect. It is a problem with the program. This needs to be reevaluated.

Excellent app. A minor problem: When adding new devices, you can't share them to people who have already shared other devices ..... You will need to unshare all items and then reshare. Vivocloud can't play saved snapshots. Thanks.

The application will not be able to log in. The announcement states that Android 4.0 will no longer be supported. However, my android 5.1.1 phone works fine and the app is functional. Logging in each time it is necessary is very inconvenient. Is this a problem that will continue? Or do you have plans to fix it or give users the ability to log in again? It does not appear to be an issue with the latest versions of smartphones.

It works well. It only shows 2, 6, and 12 cameras. This is a poor use of the screen. Add 3, 4, 8 and 9 camera views. Since I have seven cameras, 8 and 9 would be great for me.

It crashes every time. It is never available at the time I require it. Poor, untested and careless software. Because of the poor quality, I'm trying to convince my installer to change my NVR.

Great. This was the last review. I was informed that there would be a new update. However, all my attempts failed to get it. The app keeps defaulting to an update request message, so I can't use it. Do you have a solution? Or should I uninstall it and then install the latest version again?

It is almost impossible to use the app for video playback because it is too buggy. The app freezes so much that you spend more time shutting it down and restarting it.

After the latest update, app crashes! I have uninstalled the app twice and cleared all caches, Force Stop, Clear Storage, etc. But it still crashes. I have contacted the company but received no response!

The app suddenly won't let me view my camera. Email tech support. I received an email stating that they would get back to me. Over 2 days later.....nothing...no help at all.

Every time I try to launch the app since the last update, the page that redirects to login keeps returning to me. It is a real pain to have to type in password and e-mail addresses every time.

After opening the app, the vivocloud app continues to clash with and reboot. My Samsung Note10+ can no longer view the vivotek camera images. After vivotek fixed the bug, the app returns to its normal state.

Video quality has dropped to a terrible level. Reloading the app did not help. This is a serious problem.

The app cannot log in because the most recent update to your services is not available. It just displays the loading screen. I must log out every time and then login again.

The app worked fine until the OEM update to Android 11 was applied to it. Now, the app cannot be used because it claims that my phone has been rooted. The OEM update to Android 11 did not make this phone rootable.
