It is a terrible problem with connectivity. Even though I have internet access, it lost my video/sound feed once during an appointment with the doctor. I restarted it and it occurred again. Although the app claimed that the call was progressing and counting down the time left, neither one of us could actually see any other screen than the black screen. To complete the appointment, they had to contact my cell phone. It seems that the app could use some improvement. The app is not reliable.

This app seems to have been created in a hurry. It feels very amateurish. It's hard to give advice as I don't really know much about UI, so I can't really offer any suggestions. But you should get at least one stat. The fact this video messaging app does not have a way to make the screen stay awake was another issue. I experienced multiple screen shutdowns yesterday while I spoke to my provider. Although I'm not sure if this is something you can fault, audio and video quality were subpar. Although my main provider has excellent network connectivity, you couldn't tell from yesterday's appointment that it was there. Disconcerting was the best way to describe it. Video constantly broke audio sync and artifacting, ghosting images all were a problem.

The app does not keep my screen on call; instead, I must constantly hit the power button to bring it back on. The app is practically inoperable because of this. It is also unacceptable that the app doesn't offer Chromebook support when it does not support Chrome OS.

Addition of one's birthday is a problem that needs to be fixed. It is absurd to have to scroll down from 1980 or up to your birthdate. This is annoying and unneeded. Selecting the date, month and year would be more sensible in an accessible format. The current format is unacceptable to me.

Although it's not terrible, the app is extremely inconvenient and has very limited functionality. It would be great if it could add my doctor's phone number so that he knows when I am available. He can also text me with any information I require. Instead, it throws me in a call and gives no other options or directions. Zoom has a better setup. This needs to be improved.

My provider could not hear me and the app worked fine until now. The app was silent as if it was muted. It was not working so I tried to reinstall it. My visit has ended. I ended up answering the phone and she was very friendly. The app store pictures did not match what I had downloaded. It doesn't have a home screen.

Correct the problem with sound output. Because I cannot tolerate this annoying app anymore, I am switching to other practices. It has not been updated in over a year of use. It's obvious that it is a problem and should have been addressed immediately, according to the user reviews.

The app kicks me off of the internet for the second consecutive time after the doctor has made the connection. I am fine surfing the web until the doctor comes into the room. Once that happens, I'm disconnected both wirelessly and cellularly from the internet.

Due to the fact that the app was freezing, I had to cancel twice. The provider and I could not communicate with each other. The visit was cancelled. I paid the full amount. The app is in dire need of a major overhaul.

Although it is very easy to use, the volume is extremely low. To hear, I must be in an area without noise. It's difficult to hear, so I need to ask for her to repeat it. This makes my visit twice as long. This is very time-consuming and nerve-wreaking.

My Galaxy S22+ phone overheated due to an app. I had to turn it off 3 times in a 45-minute session. This has never happened to me before.

Another useless chat app for health insurance forced upon me. A normal phone call would have been just as good.

This app is great for Telehealth visits and video Clinic visits. It is a wonderful app that allows you to have video Clinic visits for Telehealth. In 3 years, I have had only one issue with VeeCee Clinic's video chat. The support team resolved it quickly after I uploaded them. VeeCee Clinic has been a pleasure to use.

This app is still a problem. Both my doctor and me couldn't hear each other so I had to hold the phone to our ears. This app needs to be improved.

COULD NOT CONNECT. I attempted and failed to connect for several days from my Chromebook via wifi. However, they were fine for all other purposes. At the end of a meeting, I finally connected via cell via cellular. However, due to an internal conflict they had to alter my program of meetings. I couldn't attend an important event, so they had to cancel my mtg. But, it was impossible because my phone had to be free in order for me to make ER calls regarding my son who is disabled. Notice: I was the only person who ever experienced a problem.
