W Box VMS1 for PC

My old Android phone worked perfectly. My new smartphone doesn't support the app. Although the app works, it doesn't allow me to set up any video. It also won't connect to my recorder or show the video. WBox Support suggested that this app not be used. Instead, use Guardian Vision app. It was easy to download the older version and work for me. Android warned that the older version may cause problems.

This app is terrible. Cameras cannot be left in HD so they must be changed every time the camera view is opened. It's a hassle for me as I have seven cameras. There is no way to organize the order your cameras will appear in. Screenshots, videos and other images I took are not stored in my computer. They were in the gallery with my previous program. This program doesn't show you their location. It would have been nice to have another program. It's a pain. My equipment is all a waste. W-Box.

Playback rarely and barely works, as others have said. Live shows work 80% of time. This app is horrible. It is horrible. I am going to update it to a newer system. *********October 2019, Update ********* One step ahead, two steps back The live stream and playblack have been working 99% of all the time since the update, provided I'm connected to wifi at home. This is a great fix. However, the app doesn't load any camera devices once I have left my home. Now I cannot monitor my home from anywhere.

This app had been causing me problems for months. The app would only work occasionally. It was limited to viewing footage on my WiFi network. I couldn't view any footage from outside my house. Screen camera shots and video recordings didn't work. Although it was difficult, I eventually managed to reach the appropriate person at the app developer. The app's functions worked fine after I contacted them. I was able to view my footage from anywhere in the world. It works great when it does.

Fix this app. This app is now completely inoperable after the latest update. Every time I open it, the app crashes. It's impossible to see any playback or camera. Useless.

This update has changed the appearance of my iPhone. It now shows green lines, and all text is black and white. It worked fine until I removed it and then reinstalled. I also have an iPhone, but there are no issues with the pictures.

My phone and that of my spouse freezes every time. The installer as well as technical support from W Box cannot fix the problem. The installer's iPhone does not freeze, but it happens on my Samsung phones. It is very annoying. My phone app was updated in March. This has improved my viewing experience by 100 percent. I'm very pleased with it. I was back at square one a week later with my app no longer working on my smartphone. This is absurd.

The Wbox Kit is a great value for money. The quality of their nvrs and cameras is excellent. The app is a letdown. The UI is simple and clean, but only 10% of the connections to the nvr work. The address has not responded to my emails. It's a shame that I did not check out the reviews before spending hundreds of pounds on a brand new system.

The playback section of the app suddenly decides that I can view only between 10:30 and 23:59. You can't view any other video. There is no way to fix or provide any information for troubleshooting. It's really useless...

Bad app. I would like to return my dvr, but i'm stuck with it. The app crashes frequently and must be restarted every time. Playback doesn't work. I can't toggle between 2 cameras without it crashing. I have not been able to find any firmware.

Although it was very easy to view the daycare from a distance, this feature is useless if there's no playback function. It should be fixed quickly.

It's a terrible app. I can't view my video footage. And it sends me notifications sporadically so that you don't know who is on your property. Do not use this app!

It's a terrible app. Never works. Only get an old record. I cannot get a live image. It doesn't work, even after being uninstalled and then reinstalled. It's not clear what the hood looks like.

It is not good. Some parts of the app don't work correctly. Camaras cost a lot, but I wanted the app to be useful on the roads. I was very disappointed. Your guys must catch up to the rest of market. There are better products available.

Playback doesn't work. If I am burgled, and would like to know how many of them are there and where they got in.. the playback won't work.
