Please update your app. Every 5 minutes my phones go off, audibly announcing "infrared movement detected". There is no way to muffle the sound and the sensitivity setting is set at low. The doorbell will not connect randomly. It is necessary to expand the configuration options and permit multiple accounts for each doorbell. My phone is being drained by this app very quickly. Now my doorbell must be charged once a week! This app is currently borderline ineffective.

This app is horrible! I didn't make it past the privacy agreement screen. You don't have a box to check. App is terrible because you can see that the privacy agreement letters are missing from the page. Pictures of what is supposed to be there aren't. Reinstalled 3 times. The company has one day to resolve the problem, or they'll refund my money via my credit card claim!

After updating, the application is less responsive, disconnects and doesn't record video. I cannot even access Local settings due to an intermittent flashing popup: WeCSee just keeps stopping. The popup appears at all times of the day, and I no longer get notifications. You are about to remove this version and install an older version.

This app is a complete waste of time! It keeps on connecting, but does nothing else. It basically bricked my camera, and turned it into a doorbell! This app has no support and nobody ever replies to emails or messages. UPDATE: After the last update, I am able to connect but it no longer transmits messages when the doorbell is pressed. This is a developer's issue. Unit testing is something I believe should be done as an IT professional. This app seems to have no testing!

This update allows me to connect, but I am unable receive notifications on my smartphone when a visitor presses the doorbell. The network connection was established to iBell, but the system indicated there was no internet access. This latest update addresses the issue that message pushes cannot be sent. This update did not fix the problem. The message push cannot still be sent. This annoying issue is likely due to the fact that App Server IP could not be found. I hope you will take this problem seriously and get it resolved as soon as possible.

Although it appears to work in part, Android doesn't notify me. The instructions are very basic and difficult to follow. App opens, but the screen says it's stopped. It takes too much time to connect to camera. It's useless and takes 10-15 seconds.

Updated, but still no access to the doorbell. But, it was possible to solve the problem. If you have the same issue, please go to D-state WiFi Setting and try again. This worked for me. Please note that it only works with 2.4ghz connections. Google WiFi users will have problems. You can use an older device with 2.4ghz connectivity. If Captcha isn't working, log in using your email. The time displayed on my doorbell is always in Chinese. My theory is that the seller will get you to purchase the device and then let you connect remotely to it for some time. Then, because they must support the connection, you are cut off. It was this way that they designed it. They connect the app to their server, which they will have to maintain for years and free of charge. Don't buy.

Horrible!!! The app was not working after an update, which occurred on September 24th. The app is reporting an "abnormal network" error. Please try again. My WiFi is fine.
