Weduc App For Windows

It worked initially well but I haven't been in a position to pay for it since months. Husband needed to download the app in order to access it. However, this is not possible when I am at work. Husband cannot use my computer and children require topping up. The school suggested that the app be re-downloaded, which was done four times and still ineffective. I'm not alone in this problem. It's no use having an app that doesn't do the job it was supposed to.

The app works great, but I'm not sure why it doesn't open. This is my clipboard. It is not clear where it is heading or why. It seems intrusive without a reason.

App stopped completely pulling in all data last week. Accessing payments is impossible. I can't even see attendance. I was told to reinstall, and have tried that. Clear cache was recommended, I have done that. It still doesn't work. Web-based version works, but I cannot top up. No other information is coming through. Even though the school has confirmed that this is inaccurate, last attendance was recorded in March.

It worked at first, and I'd have given it more stars. However, after running an Android software update, the phone stopped working. This is the only way of communicating with the school, so it's my favorite method.

The App is as user-unfriendly as it gets. The interface is confusing and counterintuitive. One great example of this is when I received an email from someone and clicked the reply icon. Surprisingly, the sender wasn't automatically chosen as my recipient and I had to do some research. I tried many searches to find this member of staff, but the results only returned me with two choices: myself or the school.

This app is terrible. It is terrible. You receive notifications from the exact same thing at three different places, and you have to delete each of them. Instead of the notification contents being displayed in the app, you must click a link to open a browser within the app. You will need to log back in often. This is a poor user experience.

It is no longer working, the app just keeps displaying the loading screen. This has been happening for approximately a month. The only way to get into the account is through the website.

You can use the email addresses and calendars from school to manage your appointments. It could have some additional functionality, which is a shame.

Because I do not receive notifications through the app, I miss a lot of school emails. I have all my notifications turned on on my smartphone, but still don't receive any from the app.

Except for a message sent to you directly, there are no notifications. Not even badge app icons. They tell you rubbish about battery optimization, which is not relevant and wasteful of your time. I have been informed that it does not do notifications. It seems strange that an app designed to care for children should not be able notify you of new messages and notices. It's hard to find the right sections, or folders for what you need.

I have missed a lot of school emails due to the fact that I don't get notifications for both the app and my phone. However, I was able to pay school fees through this system. It seems to be unable to connect to weduc. I was not impressed overall. It doesn't do what it is supposed to.

Although the app worked initially well, it was frustrating to receive emails informing us of a Weduc notification. My app's payment section is not working anymore. I can't see my bus payment balance and dinner money balance. Schools IT has failed to resolve the issue so we believe the app is failing. !

It is a very useful tool. However, I do not get any notifications. This frankly defeats the purpose of it. This is a common problem. No, my battery optimization has not been turned on before you suggested it. Please don't ask me to email you. It's a terrible generic reply - poor business practice - and it will cause you to fix the app. Useless!

Excellent app. Now I am able to access the payment sections and top up on dinners. This was not possible for quite some time. Still don't receive new notifications. The last one came in August of this year. Not helpful. It would help to know what's happening, especially with the updates on covid.

It is truly appalling. It lacks the basic functions of email, such as being able forward to other addresses. The payments system is not able to create both the parents and child's profiles. It also sends out no notifications, which makes it extremely difficult to use. This app doesn't allow you to send emails to any other email system/app, so log in to it.
