This is what I receive for approximately a week after I have used the app. The app is horrible, and the worst that I've ever used. message: The connection to the server was lost due to network disruptions or temporary problems. When connectivity becomes available, you will automatically be connected again. Every other app that I have connected to my phone connects in the meantime. It will soon be back to printing my schedules for me and my team. What is the secret to companies getting conned?

This junk is absolutely worthless. This app is used at work, and we have constant problems with it. The app has stopped working for us recently. We get an error message saying "No pin pattern, password or pattern". This Network's punch-in clock also constantly fails. The punch-in clock at work occasionally misses punching ins and is constantly confused when times are changed on the computer, or when we need to punch again.

This app is causing me so much frustration. The app has been unavailable for me since weeks because of constant "no fingerprints entered" errors. This is a huge problem as a manager. My schedule is not visible, and I cannot do any other tasks. For months, the "Request time off” section was broken! Fix it, already!

It is a complete waste of time! This app is useless! It doesn't matter if you check your calendar or not! It was a wonderful program that I loved until May's update. Since then, it has not worked well. It's so disappointing that you have to screen-capture a printed copy each week of your schedule! It is urgent that you fix the problem or completely delete your app.

The app is constantly having problems finding the geolocation of your workplace. This could cause serious issues when you clock in or out. The app also has problems with connection, and reconnecting takes much longer than usual. Another issue recently discovered was the inability to record punch times correctly and not properly synchronizing the time on your device and the company's. It would be wonderful if all of those problems could be solved! !

Although the app works as intended, I don't have administrative rights. I think the message "Connection Lost" is a serious problem. It will not reconnect when we regain our network. It's ridiculous. Some of my colleagues rely on the stupid thing to enter and exit and that it impacts their timecard. You have to force-close the app, resign in and go back to your home page. You can't use it on public devices.

TERRIBLE. JUST TERRIBLE. My work was just switched to the new system a month ago. I downloaded the app, was able TO log in ONCE, and played with it for just a couple of minutes. Since the log-in and initial setup, it has been impossible to get in again! After log in, it shows me nothing but a blank screen (if that is possible). I tried everything. The app was deleted. Undid the URL link and spoke to my workplace... Nothing. Nobody has ever been able help me understand what is happening. Absolute garbage.

It is a complete sham. It's not working for more than 50% of the people who try it. It buffers regardless of whether you are connected to wifi. It doesn't matter if there are one sign-in and out person or fifty. Fix it.

It's. . . This is a useful tool, to put it mildly. The server is constantly disconnected and it will not register punches if it's not tapped with an atomic presicion, or repeatedly. It works well when it does not work. This app is the most frustrating I've ever used. The app crashes constantly and disconnects me without any reason. It will sometimes claim that I'm outside the geofence zone, even though I live within it.

The new update is great, but it needs to work even better. My app "disconnects", which has caused many late punches between me and my coworkers. The app will disconnect when we close it completely and restart the process, instead of just pressing a "connect" button. It takes a lot of work to request time off. Not just visuals, but quality of life updates.

My work moved to this software to publish our schedules a few months back. It is not a good program. It's difficult to understand schedules. They should have used simple layouts. The app has been difficult to use for the past weeks. Today, I tried to log in and check the schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable take a screenshot of my last week's schedule. This app is so terrible that I can't even log in to it to verify when I am working. If I could, it would be 0 stars.

It is horrible. Functionality, usability, everything. It loads when you are able to. The user interface was created by someone who had no idea of what a schedule should be. The interface isn't user-friendly. The management side of the equation is that you cannot view shifts by team in chronological order. That is if the page loads at all.

It is useless. It was necessary to install it because my boss had switched to the Branch app. The app stopped working after just one week. Google Troubleshooting will not open the app. It gives you useless information such as your internet connection or phone. There are also a lot of people posting about having the same problem with white boxes loading. The site offers no assistance whatsoever. They don't even offer any help whatsoever. It's just pointless!

It is not very user-friendly. This app was used by my company since February. It worked well for the first few months but has been a pain to use lately. The app doesn't keep my requests. It takes forever to enter. For the past few days, every time I attempt to log in I get an error page. So I can't check my schedule. UKG, get it together. If we don't have the ability to use the app, what's the point? My company should go back to the old clock system, as this new one is slow and ineffective.

Frustration! This app, which is supposed to make life easier for me, made me want to smash my phone to tell my boss that I didn't have one and offer me special accommodations. It took me forever to log in. The app takes too long to load. I don't know how to get through the complex mess of updating my contact information. There is also no help for simple tasks. I have two options: change my password to make it work or delete it and then reinstall it.
