Simple. Personal. Secure.
If you're interested in using WhatsApp Messenger on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.
Google Drive won't allow me to back it up. All was fine up until the latest update. Things get complicated when Drive creates the local backup. The local backup is created without any problems. However, when you try to save that backup to your drive it will just say "preparing to back up". It's like this for 4 days.
Images from gallery cover the camera screen You are unable to view all the images you have taken. WhatsApp Support claims that this functionality is intended. Even though the button can be used to access the gallery. Terrible design! It would be nice to have the option of tapping the screen again and making the film strip disappear (as it was in older versions). !
It used to be a wonderful app, but it has been discontinued. It's a great app for family and friends. If a message is sent to someone but doesn't get through, the receiver doesn't get a notification. You only see one tick mark. Both the sender and receiver are connected to Wi-Fi. We also offer great customer service. All of our WhatsApp apps can be used up-to-date.
It's the best communication tool! It's no wonder that Facebook spent so much on it. This app is a complete competitor to all the other messaging apps. You can send huge video files, 20 to more photos at once, and any other files such as pdf, jpg and pps. Because it uses minimal bandwidth, it is great for weak signals. The global community has been connected and it's eliminated long-distance charges. The only one that allows you to transfer large 4k videos without losing any qua
This application was great until the time I attempted to move from an EU phone to one on a US phone. The instructions were exactly followed and it failed to restore my Google Drive backup. My backup data was lost along with a large number of my contacts. Customer service has yet to respond to my inquiries. My backup would not have been hidden from me. I might be able to fix it by myself. This is an excellent example of why Facebook and Meta products are not popular.
I have been trying to transfer my chats from one phone to another. It won't restore my backups to Whatsapp. Support has responded to numerous of my emails. The support team isn't reading the emails I have sent. They seem to just copy and paste another piece of ineffective instructions I have already seen. It has been an excellent app for me in the past and I have recommended it to many people. Although I'm not sure what is going on, Support isn't helping.
Multiple phones sharing the same number can be a pain due to poor point-to-point encryption. Even with less data, phone calls can consume too much bandwidth. I have been careful and received some darknet-style messages. It is impossible to delete old messages by date range. Message delivery reliable. It works well with web access. This app is useless because fb has been resented by many Americans.
This app is great and allows you to text, chat, and voice your friends for absolutely free. This app is great. Group messaging has one problem. It doesn't show past messages to members. It would be great to see that changed. Another thing to remember is that you can't chat with someone by their phone number without saving them as your contact. Even if you want to share group messages with someone, each person must be saved to your contact list. This is the worst part.
It always fails to let me add friends. It forces me to send a link for the app to my friend instead of adding them. It also adds my area code to the text and gives THEIR area codes the next numbers. This creates a number that isn't there. Although I tried to look up the guides, they use different pictures than what I see in my app. It doesn't seem to work with my smartphone.
Because it connects with friends and family, it's quite good. Video is my only problem. When I attempt to send videos to people via Messenger or status, the sound is completely muted. It was initially thought that it was an old problem with my phone. However, my new phone has the same issue. When I tried to contact any service representatives about this problem, they were unable to help me.
Although the app works well and is generally trouble-free, there are two issues. Although notifications work normally well, occasionally they will go "silent" and then suddenly resume working correctly. (Clearing the cache & data, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app does not fix this problem.) 2. There is no way to report or block spam messages. This is particularly distressing for those with Read Receipts enabled.
This app has been a great tool for me over many years. However, messages haven't been sent or received in the past few days. They sometimes just show one check, other times, they have two checks and the recipient is online. But they don't receive the messages. It's very frustrating.
This is a nice alternative to the Messenger app built into phones. You can text anyone anywhere in the world, without paying any fees. You cannot configure the app so that only your contacts can use it. You can make your profile private to reduce spam. This does not stop spammers from sending random messages. Apps of this type should have good blocking capabilities.
My old data was transferred to my new phone, but I am currently in "restoring media" limbo. It has been two days since I last saw any change. It's running in the background. I can't stop it, and can't ignore notification. It's apparently a known problem, but it is not fixed by any suggestions. It won't let me see my old messages and backups, but I can still see them.
It can only be used on one device. Calls are not supported by the web interface. The audio quality of group calls can be very poor. The worst thing they did was to share new information with Facebook. It has terrible quality photos and videos. This is THE messaging platform that I do not understand.
