App allows you to see and replay recorded footage from your XVim DVR on or off-line. To avoid an authentication error, close the app, then reopen it. The user interface is also not well-designed. It does function, provided you are willing to accept some frustration. My phone detected the malware and flagged it as such.

It stops working when you try to playback video. To view the video, you will need to restart. The app only allows you to view the image for a short time and then stops. My phone also says that the app is infected. What app can I use to cause many bugs? Wyze has a second camera that I can use to view the images with no problems. I can fast-forward, stop, rewind, and freeze without any problem.

Three of my routers are flawless and I know the basics of setting up networking. However, there's something amiss with this DVR or this app. After connecting to the internet for a few days, I now have no connectivity. To no avail, I tried all possible networking solutions. It seems like I'm not alone in this problem. Fix it!

For the first year, everything worked flawlessly on my Galaxy S8. It crashed within 25 seconds after opening the latest update. This is a terrible app, but I'm very annoyed by it. It would also be a wonderful addition if the app was compatible with Google Home.

It was initially not compatible with internet connectivity outside of home. After every update, serious problems can occur. The application crashed after a brief period of good performance. It keeps opening itself, even when I shut it down. It is unfortunately the only app that has been linked to my CCTV camera.

The app continues to run in the background even though I have closed it. This causes a lot of battery drain. It is causing me problems. I had to force it to stop and then activate it once again. I find the previous model better because it doesn't have this battery draining problem. I will either fix this problem or refer you to an app that is better.

It works well but guzzles power. The setup was simple and it worked flawlessly. It's kind of odd that the app requires access to your phone, and allows you other permissions. It's a great app, but I find the excessive power consumption to be a problem.

2 at best. The device keeps telling me it is not online. Although I've made every effort to secure the device and asked for assistance, no one has responded. It's also a waste of time asking for permissions and contacts. That one gets a big thumbs-down.

App crashed several times after updating to 15e. Can't use it anymore. The app does not function as expected after the 18e update. You can still run it on startup but then it will stop responding. To fix this, you'll need to wipe all your data and restart the app. It takes a lot of effort to stream and playback.

What is the reason this app needs permission to access my smartphone's microphone and camera? My security DVR is not connected to my phone. My phone also showed higher battery consumption. At times, my phone would turn on but not show any activity. These bugs turn on your camera, your microphone, and record your audio and video. My permissions have been removed and my phone doesn't turn on itself.

Although this app is terrible at times, it doesn't let me save footage from my security cameras. This makes my other cameras useless in case someone gets caught doing something. It's a terrible app, and it is not worth the cost of a better system.

Please fix this issue asap. App crashes are becoming more frequent every day. It is frustrating that I cannot use the app. Your updates are becoming very slow. What should we do to see the camera on our mobile? App is no longer working after updates. This app is the worst I have ever used.

This app is okay. Up until 12/03/2020, I was able to view and record all my service data. It has stopped working in the middle night, or lost the image so that I cannot play any back. This app is frustrating me to no end. I cant even log in now. It worked great for about one year, but now it is not.

The app works well, picture quality is excellent. I uninstalled the app because of malware detection. I also did not like that it has full access to your phone's contacts and photos ...... Otherwise I would have deleted it! !

My Note8 keeps crashing and the app crashes constantly. The app worked perfectly the first time I used it. It crashes now and closes automatically.
