ALIBI Witness 2.0 for PC

I currently have more than 20 cameras. This app has no issues. The security team can zoom right in on an area, or POI. In the future, we will add 12 cameras. Last month's software update went well. The multiple layouts make it easy to find the necessary changes. You should use the best combination of bullets, cameras, nighttime, and PTZs that suits your requirements. PTZs are essential for parking lot surveillance. They have a higher field of view (120ft+) and a 4mgpixel resolution or more. My Samsung cell phone works great with the mobile app. It is an excellent system.

Live view is not possible. It kicks me off within seconds. The features are great, but I can't see my video. You might consider switching to another system with better viewing and software.

This app should be called Connection Failed. It is frustrating to try and view recorded footage that was taken just one day before. It is frustrating to have to reload your video feed repeatedly, getting error messages and connection failures over and again. It eventually works, or it fails. It's very disappointing that Alibi doesn't offer a mobile app for the price of their system.

Updates are expected soon as the app can sometimes be frustrating compared with older Witness App. Live views are slower to convert to HD view than older Witness App. Sometimes, I get cameras that show offline, even though the app can still be viewed with my phone. Sometimes, my camera order can get flipped in my preferred view. They must be rearranged. Fix it.

The Intuitive App. The P2P function makes it simple to connect online. I also get push notifications through P2P, which is a great feature. It is also easy to integrate multiple systems.

The app was very simple to use. It was up and running within minutes. I especially love my thumb nail view from my cameras to quickly determine what is happening at my place!

Video keeps freezing, "Failed To Start Viewing" and "This device has gone offline" keep happening. Alibi Witness has not been updated in 2016 and works much better.

I am a professional Alibi installer and dealer. If you're running Android 8.1 the upgrade will be successful but your live camera view will not be restored. Five clients called me, and I was forced to downgrade them to the older Alibi app version 4. Alibi has not responded to my request for resolution.

I find this security app to be quite impressive. It can track up to 16 cameras at once! It's well worth it.

It does an excellent job with camera viewing on my Android smartphone. They should have something similar for the Windows desktop.

Stay away, I've not been able see many cams since installing this app. The older app works great for my wife. The old app is recommended.

It works fine, but I prefer the original app. The new app does not have the option to automatically load live views of the cameras, as the older version did.

It was a pain in the arse. My cameras disappeared suddenly from my computer, and I cannot even access the program anymore.

Negative reviews are a sign that people don't understand how this works. I have had no problems for as long as my memory can recall.

Cameras that were updated don't open or freeze after being upgraded. App opened in seconds and the picture was immediately available. I am lucky to be able to check my location within 30 minutes. It is impossible to monitor activities as the system will not be functional for long. Next, I have to load all the cameras and then try to make them pull up. !
