Amazon A to Z App For Windows

Before the recent update, this app was amazing. Although the app was simple and functional, it has become overly complex. That statement means that users have to go through additional pages and inputs to access the functions the app is used for. This new design is redundant and an upgrade. Don't try to fix what's broken.

The app is now worse than before the latest update. Sometimes, when trying to obtain VET/VTO, a video will pop up. You have to view it for around 20 seconds. After that you cannot skip. This is really irritating. The App is getting worse every month that I have not posted comments. It is so frustrating! It was so frustrating! UNBELIEVABLE!! !

Popups that look like ads and you just can't ignore until they waste a lot of your time. We don't understand why you would do that to us. It's a reason I have been late clocking-in in the past. I also missed VTO when I had to wait until the popup was resolved before I could use the app again. When I enter the FC, I am bombarded by Amazon propaganda. You think that I would want this app on my smartphone? This app is like being kicked when you're down.

You can check your schedule and accept VTO/ EET. Apply for a transfer, request a transfer, and much more with the A to Z App. You can now swap shifts from your smartphone using the new shift swap feature. Chatbot for Human Resources is also available, which means you won't need to spend your lunch break waiting in line. At least three to four times per day, I am on A-Z!

Excellent App. The App has everything I need to shop at Amazon. The Voice is my favorite feature. It's better than using a dry erase marker like before. Continue your great work. It works great with my Samsung Note 20, It is difficult to make small videos. The problem is that I always see one another. Although I am now below 30, I continue to fight a losing battle.

Every time I try to open the app to do anything, the screen turns blue and says nothing. It just sits there, showing no signs that it is loading. It doesn't change when I leave it open. This is not my problem. I have tried with unlimited data AND working wifi and the screen does exactly what it says.

The app does not function properly. When I receive a text indicating that there are shifts available I log in. But nothing. It freezes when shifts actually become available. It needs to be fixed. It is not my preference to always see notifications or ads from other websites at the top, so they need to fix that.

The clock punch isn't always working. With location services turned on, I am always present in my building. Even used the wifi ???! in my building. Although I was hoping that the location services would improve it, my manager had to make more of it. It is very frustrating to not have a punch clock at your desk when you are going to work.

This app's latest version is a nightmare. The app is difficult to use, it has important links like PTO and Occurence information, but they are now hidden in links such as Find Shifts. The site crashes frequently. It was perfect in the PREVIOUS version (5/5).

This app eliminates the need to log in several times, which was annoying for me. It is not an app that expands on Amazon's Hub features. The application also feels like it was developed using a web-based cross-platform approach. It doesn't feel natively Android. It does all the same things as Amazon A-Z web pages.

It works great for all but the most essential things. It is very unreliable to clock in/out. Although I enjoyed clocking in/out, I find it very unreliable. Since the implementation of location service, the system says that I am not in an Amazon facility. Google Maps has me located in the building and it is on the Amazon network. We need to remove the location from it or increase its threshold so it can be used.

The hardest part about getting shifts is that they go so fast when they are posting 15 shifts per day. It's not like I get there in time to pick up shifts. But, the second I click on one to apply, it tells me it is no longer available. The next 30 seconds, when I refresh the page, all 14 shifts have disappeared! This is extremely frustrating.

This is very slow. You will need to confirm your device each time you log into. Other than that, it is very user-friendly and simple. The majority of options must be completed on a worksite computer. This makes it very difficult to have any options on the app. The app takes nearly a minute for pages to load, which is very frustrating considering it was supposed to make life easier.

It is one of the most infuriating apps I have ever used for a company worth a million dollars. Management keeps asking me to reset it on several occasions. Because the GPS features in the app don't match up, the clock-in function doesn't work properly. It gives me useless alerts most of the times that don't affect my life. It is difficult to list times and I am constantly getting error messages that the app did not function.

Although it used to work with my iPhone, it stopped working. After trying to log into work, it stopped working last month. It kept looping back to the "Sign In with Your Login and Password". It kept asking me if I needed verification by SMS text. It worked fine using A-Z on my laptop. You can log in to the ERC room on your Kindles and computers. While I get VET and VTO text messages, I don't have access to my computer so I lose out on potential opportunities. It's a "meh", for me. It's great for most people.
