CamHipro App For Windows

Software maintaining connection issues in version 3.0.30 While other IoT devices are still operational and connected, the IP camera loses connection even though it is right next to a router. Depending on the day's mood, you can monitor it or not. It isn't reliable and you will need to look for other options. This adds to the number of users who are experiencing similar issues.

Despite having strong wifi signal, the app is having trouble connecting to 4 of my cameras. It should be possible to restart or refresh the app without having to reboot the phone. You will see "Network anomaly" and the camera disconnects after a while. Even cameras located near the router can experience this. Unsafe alarms are set off by the app URL address for web developers when you try to access it. This app and the products that use it should not be used in future.

All settings are now grayed out for every camera since the last update. Just bought a new phone. During the migration of apps between old and new phones, I discovered that this app doesn't retain any camera data, except image adjustments. I was forced to rebuild all cameras into the app. Dev, could you please make it more similar to the Dericam App? All camera data, including ID numbers and passwords was retained by the app. It was simple.

Good app overall. Easy to set up new cam and use. It had an easy to use motion detection zone that could be selected by the user. I'd give it five stars. This is especially important if you live near busy roads with lots of cars. The software cannot filter traffic even with the sensitivity turned down. All day I receive motion detection alarms. I will share this app with my friends and add the area of motion detection.

It's a very low-budget camera, but it has been reliable for almost a full year. It has been reliable without any issues. Although I have two issues with reliability that I know are available on higher-end models, this is the reason this camera didn't get 5 stars. 1) You can't turn off night vision. It is always on. I would love to have that option at night. Living in suburbs, there's enough light to not always require it. 2) Not enough zoom. It's rock solid!

The app is fast and works well. However, it can have trouble reconnecting cameras if the app is running in the background. It is annoying that you have to close it and then open it again. It should have a pinch-to zoom feature to allow you to quickly zoom in on a specific part of an image. If you cannot zoom in easily on an image with a 5mp camera, what's the point?

The app works well with the Topodome camera. It will not function consistently with your local network. The app must have internet access so that your data and video can be sent to other servers around the globe. These apps were created to spy on and collect data. Camera shuts off, stops, and erases the SD card. This app is not worth my time. It has been tried by other apps. I found it to be a mix of dependability issues and compatibility problems. The developers are lying and deceptive.

Overall, I love the app, however, there are some things that I would like to see the developers add. 1. It would be great to have the ability to select how many cameras to display on the group page. This is currently the only choice. Since I only have two cameras, when I enter the group I must look at 2 blank screens. This is frustrating for me as a geek. 2. Being able choose a time period would be nice. Developers are welcome to send an email

The original app was installed on March 12, when I purchased the camera. It worked perfectly. Since the last update however, my camera has been offline due to "Network anomaly". messages after 10-30 seconds. The camera and wifi router have not moved, and my other IoT and comm functions work flawlessly. One of the bug fixes may have introduced a problem. As a former IT professional, I have no idea what "Network anomaly" means. What does msg mean?

The reviews focus on connection problems. It was easy to connect via wifi from the first camera. It couldn't find the second. The second one was not found so I went to my router, plugged in the camera via the Lan cable and then walked back. Both appeared. The SD card was not saving the video footage I recorded. This caused me some issues. I reread the steps and it advised me to change the timezone settings to move the SD card from Hong Kong to Chicago.

Although it's better than the original app, it is still finicky. It keeps changing the date and times, so I need to reset it every now and again! It syncs with my smartphone but still jumps ahead. It won't let me set the time to Eastern Time. Instead, it keeps telling me to use Hong Kong time. Update: This is my second review. Just to inform you that if the camera becomes offline, it cannot be set up again. A message says that the camera cannot be set up offline. It is impossible to reconnect it if the connection goes down!

Developers, fix this app! The app is not working as it should. It will say that it's disconnected when you choose camera. The app will say that it is disconnected. It will say it is disconnected if it closes the app, then opens it again and chooses the camera. However, it will reconnect on the second attempt. The app doesn't know how to connect the camera. If this isn't fixed, I won't buy any more cameras. I am trying to avoid introducers. I don't have the money to allow my cameras to go down at will.

The application used to work perfectly but it has stopped working after some recent updates. Zooming out or in will cause it to keep zooming in even after you release the button. Another issue is that you can't change frame rates and other settings for video. Only one thing can be changed. Prior to that, I could only change a few things.

Compatible with SV3 camera brand. It wouldn't alert you when it should have. The program was meant to be running in the background but it didn't. The latest update did fix this problem. This app is great because it allows you to schedule motion alerts so that they are only turned on during certain hours of the day. The latest update has made it so that I get motion alerts all the time. Although I deleted and re-enabled the schedule, it continues to send me motion alerts during work hours. This is something I do not need. Can CanHiPro investigate this? If it worked correctly, I would give you 5 stars. Thanks.

Excellent app. But please let us change the aspect ratio. I started having problems with the app after a few days. The camera wouldn't connect to the wifi. It can be fixed by resetting power once or twice per day.
