The mobile app is not working for me. I have stuck in a course and cannot move on to the next one. It says that I have an existing course in progress and I cannot start another. The app also gives me an error message when I attempt to enter my email address. It says that something is wrong. The app continues to be very unstable. This app is extremely frustrating. It will not let me move on to the next section. Instead, it restarts at the beginning of the training and stays stuck there.

I love the app and it's wonderful. But, something is wrong. It seems that I was stuck in one of the courses, and cannot continue. It keeps doing the exact same thing. I removed the app from my computer and then reinstalled it. So I am asking the people in charge to investigate it. Thank you.

It is wonderful for CHHA members who cannot visit the office often to request cases. I've been recommending it to other people. The system has been manipulated by contact agents. Invitations get sent, but when I ask for the case I'm able to do, they are refused. If granted, my request is later withheld without notice. Invitations to such cases, as well as those requesting documented medical assistance and stated preferences are not taken into consideration. Victimization can also be possible.

I have had a great experience with this app. This app makes it easy to get information from my agency clients. I don't have to go to the agency as often with this app. The app allows me to call the agency and ask for a new case. I also have the option of accepting or declining a case. The app is very useful and it works well. It connects us all to work.

This app is mandatory for my job. It is a great app. However, it keeps telling me to log in on my computer that it doesn't exist. This is frustrating as I don't always have the time or energy to contact them each time. I also don't have enough time to train and sit down. It means I am up at night trying get it done before going to sleep to make the most of my morning. This should be connected to your computers to make it easier for you to complete the training. It's a great app.

It can be very frustrating. You have to do it again and again. The content is very basic. The mere repetition and regurgitation of statistics is meaningless. This course is just one of many I've taken. Thank you for your question.

Agency isn't familiar with the app. It's not easy to reach Supervisors. This is the reason this app was so popular. The app's design is simple and agencies won't be able to use it. It doesn't allow you to enter your availability or to choose where to work.

It is extremely annoying and sends you endless notifications. It sends notifications every single day, and there is no limit to how many times. It was just a matter of turning it off, and only turning it on when it was necessary.

This app clearly needs some adjustments/improvements because I'm not understanding how I downloaded it to complete a course and I got in at first but then once I logged out It was not signing me back in but instead a pop up saying Error "we can't find a connection please try again" I tried uninstalling the app and restarting my phone still no luck accessing the app again I tried resubmitted the link and a code to my phone nothing still saying Error this is frustrating

It's terrible! I spent a full day trying to complete 2 courses with this app. It's not over yet. Although technology should be easier for us, it makes our lives more complicated. It would be great if we could go back to classroom training.

When it's connected, the homepage always displays "not connected". The app opens for about half an second and then it says "not connected". The home page is the only thing that doesn't work.

It was very easy to use. After downloading, the care connect LLC helped me to complete the inservice. Even though it took a while to get started it still works.

I have had a great experience and will be giving this app 100% of my satisfaction. I can view a map showing the location of my clients home whenever I receive an email from the agency. All that is required to get there is to follow the directions on the map. It's easy to receive information from clients without having to go into the office. This app is available for everyone.

It is terrible. I have used it three times. The app freezes and we are unable to access the quizes. This app should be easier to use.

The app has only one-sided controls. It is not possible to log in or out of the app. Why can't our supervisors chat on the app and pick up jobs directly from the app? Metflyt is more flexible than this app, so we cannot even conduct online-in-service. More input is needed than what you've provided.
