Guard Viewer App For Windows

The times have changed since the last update. Search time is different from click time. It is very difficult to search for something if the search time has not been synced. Cameras are useless if it is impossible to search correctly. Fix it. This is terrible right now. It doesn't always have color.

It only works when my Wi-Fi is available at my home. Accessing your security cameras via a smartphone app allows you to see them even if you're not at home. It connects to me when I'm at home, which isn't the purpose of the app.

My chromebook was working fine for several months. But now the app is not opening up at all and it's slowing down. Reinstalling the app is the only way to get it working. This is only temporary. To make it work, I have to close the app and delete it.

It was absolutely terrible. It buffers live even though my wifi speed is very fast. This app must be fixed! It is negatively affecting business!

Intermittent operation. It is very intermittent.

I tried to playback video but the app said it couldn't transfer files or play the videos. The phone is a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

One star is enough because our camera cannot be viewed using mobile data. Before purchasing, we made sure that it was available. They were purchased for our business, so they need to be able to access them at any time. There are a few other users who also have the same camera access, but this is only for iPhone. This is an issue that we are very concerned about.

Anyone know the solution to why an app won't connect on data cellular, but it works on WiFi ....I own a Samsung s21 Ultra Android with Cricket provider(att.) ...... It might be provider-related.

Similar to other reviews. Will not work without Wi-Fi. Update: Now I can view on my cellular network. Just uninstalled the app and downloaded it again. I then put in my password and email address and voila! It's all good!

Changed default protocol from protocol 3 to protocol 2. Now working. Problem: Previous issue = Hangs and stops at 19% App updated, NVR firmware update, cell wifi, or internal, hangs...even increased my speed to 40020...hangs, and never loads. Samsung S10. It worked until 2 weeks ago. Desktop browser and program work. Mobile app, nope.

It works well here. Things to do: You should check your upload speeds, both from your ISP as well as your camera settings. If you have 8 cameras, adjust your substream. It is per camera at 256k/ea. You only have 512k with DSL, so you can't watch them all. While Wi-Fi is functional, data doesn't. Some providers have blocked certain ports in order to decrease network traffic. This has happened before, but some of the newer ones do it still. Check to see if the provider is blocking you or using a different port.

It worked well for several days but then I got an error code of 153. It renders the app pretty useless. The developer has not responded to my numerous emails. I don't think I could recommend this app.

I had to reduce my rating to 1 star. If I am not connected to wifi, the app will not connect with my nvr. But it was not an issue until recently. My devices all do the same. Unbelievable.

You can't add more devices much faster. It will try to scan and manual the same problem 3-4 times. How do I link to my browser and the desktop program? How do you log in? The same ID pwd for this App.

Can't even create account. I am asked to confirm my email. The code is sent, but it never arrives within the time frame of 60 seconds or 10+ minutes. To create an account, I need to confirm my email. It was not great when the camera system I purchased allows me to remotely monitor the cameras. The app is required to do this.
