CoreNexa App For Windows

Accepting incoming calls is no longer possible - I could stare at the screen for hours and not see anything until I get a notification about "missed calls". Logged out, back in and enabled inbound calls. Reinstalled app without any changes. Android app doesn't function anymore for certain users, many of them affected on my site.

It's a good idea in theory, but it doesn't work in practice. It works great for a while but the app crashes after a few minutes and I am unable to answer or send calls. The only thing that works is clearing the history and restarting my phone. Some times, even those didn't work and it was necessary to uninstall and install the app again. I found this .... not cool.

It allows us to work remotely, however the app must be kept running throughout the day if you have several lines that ring and one person is picking up. You will not be able to connect if you attempt to click the "connect" button at the same time as another person. There is a long delay until callers hear me. Repeat myself two times.

The worst program I have ever used. Since March, when our office sent us to work remotely from home, we have been using this program. Although it started well, the last few months have been awful. It's been frustrating. I've had to put up with dropped calls and not being able to get in touch. I have tried to contact customer service but the man doesn't know how the app works. I keep getting told to use the desktop version and get a headset. Sorry, that's not an option. You keep getting updates about fixes that don't exist.

Garbage! Regardless of my wifi or cell signal, calls rarely connect. What happens when calls do not connect is that they are often dropped. Quality of calls is poor at best. Sometimes calls can be so murky and/or garbled that it is difficult to understand what they are saying. These issues can occur for either inbound and outbound calls. Sometimes the app won't ring after the call has ended. I get an email notification that a new voicemail is in my inbox. UNACCEPTABLE!

If it was possible, this would be an amazing app. It worked for me during COVID. It keeps giving me problems. Although it shows that there are calls coming in I am unable to hear them. It keeps ringing even after I press "decline". Some times, I receive notifications that calls are coming in. Other times, I do not. I've uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it several times. This does not work.

It's just enough to get me by. This app is not recommended for use in emergency situations. Even with great WiFi signal, calls are not clear. There is no warm transfer or way to join calls together. If you try to put the phone into do not disturb, it can get stuck. The app will also randomly return to DnD if it cannot be changed. This app could be great with some extra functionality and polishing, but it isn't right now.

Although it's wonderful to be able make and receive phone calls while working from home, the system malfunctions frequently. For the caller, sometimes the audio stops working. The app will freeze if someone else in my office takes a call. If another person calls, the same thing happens. This is extremely frustrating.

The app is great but poorly implemented. Because I work remotely, more than 75% are missed due to inability or no notification. The app won't let me switch to another number or terminate a call if I am already on the phone with someone. The app does not keep a call log and will default to speaking with the speaker even if it's off.

Good calling software with good audio and a simple interface. However, it can sometimes register you as being on a phone call, even though you aren't, and won't allow you to hang up. The screen stays the same as when you are on a phone call. It's very frustrating and strange.

It barely works. This app has been working for me since before the outbreak. As I wait for a call to come in, the app will notify me that I have missed an important call. It won't ring. The customer service is not available. All incoming calls are now listed as unavailable, despite an update. Although I do not expect perfect service, a bit of customer care would be greatly appreciated.

It's one of the most unreliable softphone apps that I have ever seen. This app is completely unstable. It took me two months to fix this problem, and my company moved to another program. This program is not recommended for businesses that rely on phone service. This program is a complete waste of time and money. It has sabotaged our ability to make as many phone calls as we need. This app should not be used. This app's coder was evidently the lowest bidder.

It works fine for most of the time. Sometimes a bit slow and may require multiple taps in order to get something done. Strange bug in which deleting a Vm, then going to the next message, causes the Vm to start playing. To avoid audio lag, I prefer calling outside the app. It does the job.

This app is very annoying. Calls drop and transfers don't go through. Customer can't hear me. Please fix it.

It took a long time to add the chat function to the messaging section of the app. I find it very frustrating.
