RealViewPro App For Windows

This problem must be fixed. The timeline jumps forward by an hour when you play back video that was previously recorded. It is difficult to play back the video again, as it jumps ahead by one hour (past the current time). The app will not let you drag the video back to the past. It's otherwise a great app. It's just a pity that developers don't listen...

When I got the app, it worked flawlessly. It alerted me when there were thieves in my home. I was then able to call the police and get them taken into custody. The app has stopped sending me push notifications since my new phone arrived. Although I called IT, they never returned my call. I have checked all of the settings and permissions and uninstalled, reinstalled, and uninstalled the app multiple times. Nothing. Although I could remotely view my camera, getting notifications was very important for me. It is very discouraged.

Very intermittent operation. To restore connectivity, you will need to constantly 'kill and rebuild' the app. There is no explanation for why the 'linkage push" videos appear 'blacked-out'. Realview Pro is a terrible app for such systems.

STILL, EVERY FRIDAY IS KICKED OUT AGAIN FILL THIS APP !!!!!! App closed again Friday. Access denied. App was unavailable for several hours, but it returned after a while. This app will not recognise my email. It has been 24 hours since it stopped recognizing my address. My cameras are not accessible. Every Friday, I lose 8 hours of access and my email address isn't recognized. I get Netork Error (-1502). To see if it helps, I attempted to change my password. They said the email username.

EDIT: 10/24 ISSUES AGAIN NOW, IT DOES NOT WORK! This system is the worst! Do not ever buy GW Security! HORRIIBLE SOFTWARE, TERRIBLE SUPPORT! Since yesterday, I have been experiencing the exact same problem with my network. I rebooted the router and tried again. Today, I removed the Realview Pro App from my phone and downloaded it again from the Play Store. BAM. Eveything was right there. This is my hope for you!

It doesn't always work. With larger screens, the menus don't work properly. Playback does not allow you to select video type or motion.

It is not a happy place for me. Although it has been great, the last few months have been awful. Error-1502 Cannot take password. Have to change it. I was going to install cameras, but now I may change to a different company.

The same problem is happening to me as the other user who just commented. After I logged out, I tried to log in again but was denied. My password was being reset, and I thought that this might be the problem. But it then said my email address is not registered. The password worked fine for a few days. Was it ever fine? ?

This error is now happening to me. It was fine previously, but today it is giving me a network error. It refused to let me recover my password. It is absurd. It's impossible to access my camera. Please resolve this problem quickly.

This app has worked great over the last two years. Unfortunately, the -1502 error is causing me blindness. When this issue is solved, I'll update my rating.

It stopped working. This app is terrible. The system can be viewed via my port forward set .... and on the local network. The app is not available anymore. These systems are expensive and can be difficult to use on mobile devices. Sad...

NETWORK FIELD STILL BROKEN DURING 2019MAR - APP HAS A REALLY ANNOYING BUGS! Please fix this! This !!!!!! error must be fixed. !

Is there something wrong with the service? I've been getting network errors for several days. When I try to reset my password, it tells me it can't recognise it. We depend on this! Fix it!

The same problem as the others. I have been signed out but can't log back in. My network error 1502 is displaying. This happened once previously and was resolved in just a few days. What's the problem with RealViewPro?

You will never buy another GW security system. It is useless junk. The customer service was terrible. The app has been completely deleted. This app should be removed from the playstore
