To create an account, you will need to provide excessive personal information. The search function is not available (scroll through only), and the live streaming doesn't exist. However, I know they will be happy to make me a high-priced copy. The app's back navigation will exit the app every time it reaches where it expects it to.

It was very good quality. Sometimes it wouldn't load, but if the user went outside and returned in, the video worked perfectly. But they stopped the video right at the awards! You can also view photos and videos by clicking on the link. The screen turns black.

Terrible experience. It would add random dances to my list instead of adding the dance I had selected. We didn't have a schedule the day before the competition because the app wouldn’t load.

Great app to stream the dances from your phone. It's also great for viewing past contest videos. However, I have lost 2 stars because the video cannot be cast to my Chromecast or Google TV. Chromecast support is needed.

Full wireless signal and LTE are available. I could still not stream. I also set up my "my routines", so that I would receive notifications. But, not one single notification was received. Yes, my internet connection was checked and I also checked the volume and settings of my notification channels. It's very disappointing to find out that your children are away at nationals, and you cannot be there for them.

This app is terrible. It buffers and freezes all the time, causing you not to be able to watch your favorite dancers. You also have no way to rewatch and pay again for videos you didn't see. The video had no music and was very choppy. ridiculous! !

There is no way to search the event section. Drop downs should "appear" as soon as you begin typing. What about dropping down before you start typing? It's just like any other interface. This does not work in any way.

It was a disappointment that after I signed up to view my daughter's recital, the access code was not received. The code stated it had been successfully entered but there was no media. No pictures or videos. This is a scam!

It was very disappointing and not user-friendly. This app is terrible for cheer, dance and gymnastics. It is impossible to get the images loaded for preview.

I can't recall my username and password from many years ago. It's very frustrating.

The app says that my pictures have not loaded and they didn't download. My Android phone is working and I can see that others had the same experience. To not be able download my photos cost me a significant amount of money.

After entering all of the information required to view the performances it doesn't recognize any dancers DOB. After many email attempts and in vain, the AP was deleted. It was a huge waste of my time.

It is horrible. This app is not reliable. It is slow and has glitches. It does not sync with website. It is now in its third year of use. Worst app ever

It is a terrible app. Even with the highest reception, the live feed shuts down and lags. There is no support phone number or message board to explain issues. Hundreds of families were forced to leave their daughters' performances today because they couldn't attend.

There are always issues. A membership costs you nothing, but then each event is charged at a cost. You can't see photos right now, they're just black when you click on them and won't let you download.
