An app based on Bluetooth Bracelet
If you're interested in using fitpro on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.
App cannot locate my watch from just inches away using scanning. It will not connect to it. However, I can find the devices of others lol. The app doesn't load after the latest update. It just displays a green screen that says fitpro and never moves beyond this. The app has not loaded after I closed it and restarted it. Although the watch looks great, the app does not allow me to access certain features. I want stability.
It gives totally inaccurate results, even when the equipment works. It is a complete waste of money. The upgrade software is even worse than the original. You will need to remove the app and reinstall it to get your watch connected to the App. It only lasts a couple of hours, and then all that I see is ads. In short - Total rubbish..
Same problem as everyone else. The app stays open even if you close it. This means that the app tracks your movements and drains your battery. If you tried to close the app again and it didn't go past the fitpro loading screen, I would accept this. The device sometimes has problems connecting and scanning half the time. I don't trust my readings unless my blood pressure has suddenly improved. It would be great if the reading was supported by an app, that wasn't spyware.
My watch has stopped connecting to my smartphone since the update. I need to restart my phone in order to access the app and connect my watch. The watch was not giving me any data regarding my sleep even before the latest update. The app worked better when I got it. Not sure what modifications have been made in order to lose the sync.
This watch only shows the time. I used the less expensive version for the past year, and loved it. It's supposed to be an upgrade, but I don't get it. There's no timer. Since the day I started using this app, I've not been able track my steps and it disconnects immediately from my watch before I connect it. Maybe I will be able to give a better review if we can fix some issues and update the devices. As of now, I will stand behind everything I have said.
Watch won't be able to connect with app. App crashes almost every time it attempts to connect. Multiple times, I have restarted, restored the app, removed it, and then reinstalled it again. The watch will still not turn on or crash. The watch has been restarted, reset and reconnected. For the past few months, it has been working well. It was then ruined by the latest update. This watch is now useless. I will just throw it away and get a new app.
My previous review was deleted (11/25/21). I found out from internet research that the watch can be charged with any type of usb cable. Once I figured this out, it made complete sense. Problem is the watch doesn't hold enough charge, disconnects easily and won't connect without restarting the phone. The military cannot change the time so that's another problem. It does exactly what it claims and it is so cheap that you don't get what you pay.
If you aren't sure if it came with a charging cable, plug the broken end into the USB port. You're welcome. The watch may not be the most beautiful, but it isn't useless. It connected perfectly to my phone. It seems to have the correct heart rate and BP. It displays my messages. However, the battery life is not infinite. It would be wonderful to have different faces. It's not a bad idea to throw it out. Instead, you can spend some time using the app and watch it grow on you.
Although it has some nice features, the controls onboard are quite limited. The one button switches it on/off, the other takes you to a set of tiles you cannot change. The app doesn't have a battery indicator. It asks permission to view your contact list, but does not transfer these to the device. You will need to manually enter them. The app doesn't allow you to view the battery level. Although I enjoy the ability to modify the Face graphic, you must use military time. There is no way to alter it.
Consistently disconnect. It works flawlessly; it measures my heart rate, tracks steps and changes music. It says that the device has been disconnected, and it doesn't locate the watch when scanning for another device. You can scan the QR code directly on your watch screen to link it, but IT WONT LOCATE YOUR WATCH. Make sure you fix the app. It doesn't really matter how good the UI is, as long as it works.
I reinstalled it and the problem was solved. It just kept popping up, this time with the -1 for distance. It is best to not connect the device directly to your phone Bluetooth. Instead, use an app that allows you connect via bluetooth. It would be great if you could upload your own watch faces from my gallery. I'm glad you decided to add more customization options! We would love to see you again for any future updates.
Garbage. Complete garbage. This stupid app will not even allow me to connect my watch. It didn't connect the first time that I attempted to connect it ....... After 2-3 hours, it stopped connecting and never connected again. It didn't work. I tried everything to fix it. As a consumer, my overall verdict is to not waste time on any cheap rubber that claims this app works. Instead, get a Fitbit. You'll be able to save your headaches by buying a Fitbit, even though it's more costly.
The same problem occurs with my watch/app. It connects and disconnects from Bluetooth constantly, which I find very annoying. My watch can hold a charge for approximately a day and a half. If the watch is set to army time you can press and hold the watch until the regular time is displayed. In the app, there is an option to easily change the face of the watch. I was actually able use my photos as background for the watch. It's not perfect, but it works well.
The app says device connected, but it doesn't seem to be able to keep it connected. This device was just purchased so everything should be working. However, I am certain that it will work and have no problems connecting to the device. It is a good idea to list all devices that the app can connect with.
The app is rubbish! This app is useless for my smartwatch H10, which lacks many features. It is impossible to scan the QR code to connect to BT. This is a terrible option. It's impossible to connect any other way. BT scan via phone detects everything, but it does not pick up the watch's label which is unclear. My readers are unable to focus on the manual printout because it is so tiny.
