FOX NOW: Live & On Demand TV, Sports & Movies App For Windows

Update June 2022 STIIL HORRIBLE. Last update May 20,22. No improvements. Locked up in the most dangerous places. Nov 2021. The sporadic buffering can be very annoying. It happens when someone is trying to make a point, or new videos are playing. Sometimes the buffering lasts 10-30 seconds but it can last minutes and eventually cause us to have to close our app. Perhaps .... will be improved in a future update.

You don't want your customers to be able to access all of your programs via their cable provider. It repeatedly forgets my cable company and, even when it logs back in, will not recognize the available programs. Pathetic. You can send feedback via the link. This feature is not functional. It just displays your email address. Incompetent or lazy programming.

This is one of my least favorite apps. The app crashes, then it says that I only have restricted access. To get the app to start again, I need to restart it. It sometimes needs to be restarted multiple times. This has been a problem for quite some time, and it just keeps getting worse. It's on both my iphone and my galaxy S22 Ultra. Both platforms are bad.

It's not the greatest app. It only gives you a 5 minute preview of certain programs. You will only get about one minute of the ads before you finish. The app takes forever to load, buffers and freezes constantly. This app is terrible. I only downloaded it for one show, and that show has a preview.

The app is slow and frustrating. It will only do one thing, regardless of whether you are connected to wifi. Either it will play smooth but be very pixelated or it will freeze up every few minutes. Support told me that it was because I didn't add any service providers. You can also watch the video on their website. The same thing happens. It works great with 6+ apps that have no provider. This is unacceptable.

Last night, downloaded the app. I started a new show. Lethal Weapon started and then stopped working towards the end. The app then stopped and I backed off. It said to continue from where I was, so I clicked the button (which is a perk). It started the process again from the beginning, with no way to move forward or fast-forward towards where we were. I had no idea there was such a feature. It ran for a while to see if it would work. I tried again today to find it. It asked me to keep going, which I accepted and it again restarted from the start. It's a joke. This is false advertising. It is impossible to start over. It is very frustrating. This issue needs to be fixed.

Although I suspect their servers may be offline, I am not certain. It doesn't seem to be crashing often so it's hard for me to pinpoint the problem. The app just remains on the black screen until it is closed and reopened. You have now entered the endless-black-screen-of-death-loop. Edit: The servers were restored and the issue seems to be fixed. Although the app is slow, clunky and has no search function, it does play videos well and integrates with Chromecast very well.

Horrible experience! It's almost like the stream is buffering at 12 second intervals. The screen freezes and then doesn't come back up. It still behaves up even after I close it and restart it. This app is horrible. If it constantly crashes, it's useless to keep it. The play store does not have any am yvn update to the app. This is a real problem and developers should investigate it.

It seems that every time I attempt to view an episode of any show, it loads so slowly it is almost impossible for me to see it. This is my only issue with streaming services. It doesn't matter how strong the signal or what wifi use, it always causes problems. Although I don't rate apps or give reviews, this frustrates me enough to allow it.

Although the app claims to select the right resolution for you connection, it does not work correctly. The picture becomes blurred for approximately a minute, and then the app increases the resolution until it reaches a satisfactory level. However, the video stops at times. After a while, the picture becomes pixelated again. This is frustrating when trying to view a TV show. This issue is not present in any of the other streaming video apps I've tried.

The app is amazing, but I love the TV shows as well. Can the app be improved? A significant improvement in continuity would be. When I am watching an episode of The CW, it should be possible to shut down the app and reopen the app. I can then go back where I was in the episode. The app has not yet had this capability after I signed up for an account. Finding your favorites is another issue. Although creating a favourite is easy, it is not possible to find all your favorite songs for playback. 5 star if fixed.

navigation is quirky. Plus, what's the point of the bells and hearts on every show? I did it and it brought up a playlist. It doesn't seem to do what i expected. It would be great if this did. It would then be much simpler to go back to the app and simply scroll down to see that list. Instead of going through every show, it would be much easier to just go back to app.

It won't work. All it does is to buffer, buffer, buffer and more buffer. I can't seem to get Fox to turn on my antenna. They haven't since last year. The local station keep telling me that it is me and not Fox. Interesting thing is that I have tried three different antennas, both indoor and outdoors and did everything they told me. So I no longer believe in Fox.

I was unable to complete a 40-minute video with the preview pass. Picture quality could be reduced from 1080p up to 240. Consistent buffering. Multiple times per session, the ads replayed. It seemed like I spent more time looking at ads than watching the actual show. You can also add or remove anything if you preview passes continue to play during the pause. This will cause you to lose your content. Get ready. I was very disappointed. Uselss.

After finding that it was the best way to stream a show, I decided to download this app. Once I've completed the process and signed in to my TV provider, it allows me to search for the show. But they don't stream it. According to the Help screen, they will not because they have all past seasons. It was a complete waste of time. Do not link an app that doesn't allow you to stream.
