It doesn't load properly. The information is not always available. It is impossible to access cycle tracking information when I want it. It also says that it cannot refresh because the journal is months behind. Ok, I'm third on the review. Your guys must have been hard at work as things run much more smoothly and the app links correctly with third-party apps. We are grateful!
My mile count is affected by sync with my watch. Always. The watch can show 9 miles, and I can walk to the park 9 miles. It drops to 7.55 mi when the watch syncs with my phone. The watch then sends the incorrect information back. This needs to be fixed! TicWatch Pro 3, and Pixel 6 Pro. Follow up on their reply. This is not a matter of time. It still displays the wrong error hours and days later. The app is not reinstalled. That's what I did. Repeatedly. You're just being bugged.
Yesterday was good, today is not so great. Although this app is my favorite for fitness tracking, it's far from perfect. The biggest problem with the app and possibly the most frustrating is the inability to sync my workouts from my watch to it. My Google Fit app didn't show that I had ridden a bike for three hours over Saturday. This is just one example of many I see on a daily basis.
It no longer tracks your workouts. It will start when I add it. When I return to the app, it disappears. The workout has disappeared from the app. The app will automatically show me the workout a day later. The app has been continuously tracking my movements throughout the entire process. It would be great if it could really work! It worked.
Gps is showing me that I am swimming across the Hudson. Lately, it hasn’t been as reliable and has caused me to miss hours of hiking. It tracks me and I can see that the map shows me it is jumping me around. This would be like me walking down the Hudson in NYC, only to have it jump me three times. Although I would love to make the map more accurate, you cannot. It's pretty bad for a Google product.
The watch data won't sync to the phone app. Both the phone and watch are on Bluetooth. I double-checked my accounts on both phones and they were identical. The journal page did not work. I tried manually to sync it. The only thing that seems to work is uninstalling/reinstalling the app and restarting the phone.
It worked great up until recent. Despite all the troubleshooting, my fitness device is no longer able to synch with it. Google is not addressing this issue. It's pointless without the ability to synch. It can't display devices. Don't waste time until this problem is fixed. The "reply and suggestion to uninstall the reinstall" was not helpful. I've done it multiple times, as well as disconnected and connected all my devices. It didn't work
This is the exact same problem that many others are experiencing. I have trouble syncing other apps to Google Fit. Although I tried almost every possible troubleshooting method, none of them worked. This is something I hope can be resolved soon. Edit: Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the links do not resolve the problem. When I attempt to view connected apps, an error message pops up telling me they are unavailable.
Google Gives me Fits can't track GPS miles. Reinstalled. All permissions. Doesn't matter. The result was quite accurate for a bicycle ride of 8 miles. However, the speed indicated dropped to zero and my total mileage dropped to 1. As the journey progressed, it showed several drops in mileage. You could go as far as 5 miles. You can now pedal 3.5 miles. It has not been able to track a GPS bike workout accurately. However, it does seem to be able to count steps.
.... It's not crazy. This should be used by people, especially when we have to enter the information. You might have already added it! This was my biggest problem. The whole process of food's nutrition breakdown is what I love! I would love to have you back if you update this. Many apps don't offer healthy recipes. You should consider adding a spot. You could even add a section for health-food blogs. Your app could be much better. However, I like the block design. :)
It is useless and unreliable. Every time an update is released, the watch won't sync. It will save a lot of battery by not synchronizing heart beat data or workouts for longer than one week. It's funny that this happens only after an update. Google has responded to many negative reviews and it seems that their Fit app is not reliable. You can uninstall/reinstall the Fit app and then restart your device before you do any activity. That makes perfect sense.
The app's reliability is questionable. The app syncs with my smartwatch, and even though I am not using it, it shows me that I burn 45 calories per hour. The calorie count for me isn't accurate when the watch is on. This is an estimate, but it is at least 500kcal less than other estimates.
NEED SWIMMING SOLUTIONS! The app is great for getting a good idea of my daily activities. It is on both my smartphone and the fossil gen6 smartwatch. It is a great tool to keep track of steps, distance, and time hiked. The stroller-walking option was a great feature. Although there are many options for sorting, I was unable to view the option to keep track of my swims on my watch. Other swim apps, however, are horrible. My phone has a terrible swim app. I started to track a swim by making it a walk and then changed the category to swim. This is a problem that I hope will be fixed soon. PLEASE!!!!! !
When it's working, it works. The app should only track my phone's location. The app is not being used by me. I've uninstalled/installed the app several times & rebooted my phone. I have my GPS on all times and activities metrics turned ON. Sometimes it doesn't want track.
It used to be able to record well, but it has stopped working completely. The app worked well when I was running, giving me accurate distance and callouts. However, after the race, it was wildly inaccurate with the distances and times recorded. Although I set the GPS settings to be available at all times it still thinks I'm Jesus, and I can cross lakes and ponds.
