Since the latest phone update in August/September, or possibly even July, the app is no longer working. The app won't let me login. It says that I need to update the system, but then it gives an error. This seems to happen on most Samsung phones, but it could also be happening with other Android devices. We all need to fix this ASAP.

Great app. The only problem is that Uber now appears to be the preferred method of opening addresses since the latest update. I'm not sure why, but this once useful tool to avoid having to type addresses manually is no longer ..... Really hoping they change it soon. I did not see any options for changing it myself in the settings.

This app is my favorite! It's just frustrating. It is difficult to edit or add photos. A family photo was already uploaded. It's now gone and there is no way to upload it again. The app also requires that I update it every time I use it. However, regardless of whether I tap UPDATE NOW or NOT NOW, the app ignores me and allows me to use the app as usual. The app is limited by its inconsistency.

Although this app is great for your phone, the problem is that it doesn't allow you to access the same tools on a computer. To send email blasts with agendas or assignments, I need "Lists". It is just too long to complete on a mobile phone! It would be much simpler, quicker and easier to add attachments, etc. if the list options were available on a desktop. Please make it possible to access the desktop app tools! !

It works fine. It is ok. The worst problem, however, is that the app will often take you to an incorrect address when you click the directions icon. After I've read the address, click the directions icon to get a different address. This is quite bizarre. It is definitely something to fix. People are having difficulty finding their apartment building every day because they have to go to another building number.

They haven't solved the sync issues for over a year. It is impossible to get the updated ward lists. Many people are missing from the ward. My wife is a leader and it updates perfectly. It's a bit useless to use an app that doesn't provide the information it should. To see if the issue would be fixed, I joined beta. I reported the problem to developers, and they assured me that it would be resolved. However, it still isn't fixed.

It deserves 5 stars but I can't. It has great content for stake and ward use, however, the app is rarely functional even with my latest phone. It keeps asking me to log in several times, giving me error messages or simply refusing to open. It won't work with my husband's new smartphone. It's not clear what is going on but it needs to be updated to address the problems.

Like many other users, I loved the app, but it was not able to sync from Jan. Do not uninstall this app if it is causing you problems. Please fix this! This app is essential for me to be able to call daily. The February 2019 update solved my sync problem - THANKS! *

First, the bad news: The Stake Calendar won't automatically update. Error message: "Update failed. This error was caused by an event that started at 1800 instead of 1900. The following message appeared when I attempted to make it current. It's amazing! This directory has helped me coordinate with other people for important events. The directory also includes a Google Maps Link.

This app is not working for me. I have tried several times to install it. It seems to be installing correctly. I log in, and it appears to be stuck during the sync process. A message saying sorry that the app was closed is displayed. You can choose to either open another app or close it. Please help. I have tried to turn the phone off, reinstalled it several times and turned it on again.

Leaders and members alike will love this app. It makes it so easy to get things done when it works. It has had problems for some time, from issues with synchronization and poor functionality to updating. It should be better for something leaders and members rely upon so much. Developers, stop adding new features to the site until existing ones work well.

It was very frustrating. The system worked perfectly until March 2020. It's hard to believe that this happened. It's impossible to get past my PIN, which I have never modified. Have sent multiple emails. The same messages always result in the same problem. It's a good thing that this app doesn't depend on my calling. Otherwise, I might sink! I will uninstall the app and remove it from my phone. It's not necessary to have it installed on my smartphone.

Since the recent update, I have been unable to log in. Developer does not respond to the issue. Have uninstalled/reinstalled app with same results. This latest failure has left me very disappointed. It was very handy and useful before the update. It now takes up space. Hoping for a miracle repair, expecting more disappointment.Cookie cutter response to these comments are of no help at all. Why should you care about enhanced security if it is impossible to access the program? ?

My family has been made "private" by the latest update. It's as though we are a "do-not contact". All icons are orange and have a lock. I've updated, restarted, reset, everything. Although it says I have "Ward Visibility" set in the settings menu it shows that it is locked by user. It was done by the user, but not me. A PIN and fingerprint are also required. It's a real pain.

The latest release crashed. It is not possible to use the latest release immediately after installation. It will crash if you close it. We look forward to the next version that does not do this. EDIT: 1 week later, reinstalled. It is still crashing. It is impossible to use it. EVERY TIME IT IS ESSENTIALLY INTERESTED IN USE. Yikes.
