You cannot change your profile photo! Inadvertently, I hit the wrong picture and Owlet doesn't save any image that I want to modify. It's so frustrating! However, it's great to track our baby's sleeping habits. However, the app is not able to save the image as a profile photo.

App crashes almost every single time. It happens at the worst times. When the camera is offline, the blue light gets really bright. This happens all the time. Another monitor was needed. This thing is a complete waste of time and money. It must be restarted each time I use the camera. What kind of $300 is that? ?

Camera won't connect with WiFi. It used to be working perfectly, but then it stopped connecting to WiFi. I'd have paired it again. Even after a factory reset, it has now stopped functioning completely. It will not connect to the internet (the 2.4GHz frequency that it has always been used). It was extremely frustrating, as there are two cameras. And they cost a lot. I wouldn't recommend.

It is a pain that my video feed cannot be minimized and I have to use my phone for other purposes. It is also necessary to close the app and restart it if I need to access another application or lock my device. We purchased a backup monitor for our audio system because it would sometimes not connect to the internet or stop working. It should have been a lot more for the money it costs.

Our camera has been with us for three years. When we got the camera, it worked great. It is almost useless now that I have it for my new little girls. Although the camera can notify me at 725 it won't work when I try to open the app at 726. It says that the cam has been disconnected. It is so frustrating, particularly since it was working well previously. I am now looking for a replacement monitor. The video is essential for me to check in outside when my bigs are with me. I don't want the anxiety of worrying if it actually works.

It's not possible. This app's camera feed quality is poor. The app must be forced closed every time it is used. If you are checking the screen to check if your child is awake, you will need to close the app entirely each time. Audio is very choppy. Camera needs to be reset every week. The camera is not great and I'm going to change brands for my second child.

While it worked for a while, the startup always experienced a delay. Now the camera barely works. It takes 7-10 attempts to get the camera to connect to WiFi. We don't experience as many problems with the socks. There have been a few occasions when the app couldn't connect to the base station, but the reading of the socks continues and the base would notify. We just don't know the real-time data.

This app has not been great, or even great. It's terrible but it sometimes works. It has not worked in the last month. It doesn't show a video feed. All the information (like baby name and activity history) is missing. It is not available and will only come back after I log in and out. But I am unable to log in for between 5-10% of my time. Once I log in, the only thing I see is a small flash of my video feed each time I refresh. This happens every time that I close the app.

Half of the time, the camera stops working. The camera is constantly in need of repair and can often not be repaired without resetting everything and re-pairing. It works almost all the time, so it is still possible to keep an eye on the safety of the baby. We have experienced multiple false alarms that led to panicking and us running into the nursery. You will also hear a constant melody ringing in your phone every day due to intermittent readings.

2022 update, still terrible. BBB reported the problem. BBB reported the matter. The money goes straight to the trash. Owlet is a terrible brand and we regret purchasing from them. It is not unreasonable for someone who has a high internet speed and a great connection to have these issues.

The app seems to be very glitchy. Every time I try to open the app from my iPhone + iPad, it crashes. My iPad is usually left with the video on overnight. However, I was frantic to wake up when the stream suddenly stopped. After all this, it's hard to trust the app and device.

Sock is great, but the camera is terrible. The app is slow, sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to load. It disconnects constantly even with fiber optic internet. At best, it only gets fair connectivity. Now that I am expecting my third, I will need to switch companies to get 2 cameras. I miss the ability to monitor and sock from one app.

This is why editing after one year can be difficult. Fix it!!!! It worked great until the update. The update made it more buggy. It was great! It logs me in but I need to pair it again. Sometimes, even though I get the app open sometimes it does not have my account information. It is not possible to use at night, so it doesn't have any of my account information. The camera was also purchased, but it is not available to be added to my account. It's a great camera and I love when it works !!!!. !

This product is amazing, and I love it. But the app supporting it is rubbish. Although the camera is amazing and the socks have helped me tremendously with my postpartum anxiety, it doesn't load half the time. This is so annoying. They should offer better software for the price they are charging.

Some times it works and some other times not. High quality WiFi in your house. (only because we have directly complained about it to Owlet and they told us it was because of their wifi). If the internet is busy or there is movement, it will cut out. It's expensive so I shouldn't be able use it as my primary camera. But, because it works well it is our second. If you are able to get the load time right, it's not worth it. Edit 7/11: No Owl, we reached out to you before and it was your fault
