My Telenor for PC

Although it is a great app, the wifi connection doesn't work for me. The contents don't load properly, I tried it 3 times. I also have the latest update. They are still sending out updates and they do not bother to fix it. This has been going on for over 5 months. I complained and asked them to fix it. Please fix it. It's still a useful application.

This app is the most greedy and terrible I have ever seen. It promises free daily rewards. To collect the reward, you must have balance on your account. It also takes up a lot of time. It also doesn't give you money if you don't have any. This is what drives me crazy.

This app for net ..... was required to be installed due to electric fluctuations. .....Balance deductions have once again been like sharks. They have eaten my account with no explanation as to why. Give reason for this or don't swoop money like that ..... It's frustrating and excruciating. It was an automatic response as it has been .... From what I saw when I deleted these apps, my balance was fine. Please fix this app

Multiple times, I've noticed that a service activates without the user consenting and debits my balance. It happens even though I'm using the app. Your support suggested that this might be because I clicked on a banner. Seriously!! Please don't fool us.

It was a horrible experience. It shows me that there isn't any balance even though I have more. The balance can also be checked with *444# Worst experience.

My phone still cannot receive calls 5 days later, only outgoing calls. The typical response of telnor was "Highest indifferent ignorance": "We have tried to reach you, but you did not respond." If you cannot get calls from the phone it means that there is no answer. It worked perfectly when tested with another sim. FIXED! Today, my number is now able to receive calls for almost a week. It was previously only available for outgoing calls.

Although the app works fine, the connection is now a problem. The app won't launch if there isn't Internet access.

App which activates digital services automatically, and installs this to cause continuous charges. Many complaints were made, and the call center clearly denies them. These services will be activated automatically so you can get charged. This is something I would like to have investigated by telenor or higher management.

This app was great for a time. This app crashed again today. It sometimes shows 429 errors, other times it displays 404. Your website might be down but my internet is fine. If your website is down, please inform customers. At least it won't be difficult to open the app.

The app itself works well, but the network is a bit problematic. Every time i sign up for any package on the internet, the balance is deducted according the the the cost of that package. Any balance or credit left after this deduction gets deducted gets taken out when i switch to mobile data. It is the most horrible thing. My remaining balance is deducted every time I use mobile data, even though I have subscribed to an internet package.

Telenor should increase internet data for "make your own deal" on the telenor mobile app. We know from social media that videos are becoming more and more difficult to view. Telenor now offers the option for uploading 2200 pixels videos. These videos consume a lot of data and can be viewed by anyone who is interested. It is not enough to limit data usage at 15GB per month. This limit should be raised to 25GB per month ad interim. Thank you.

You should have the option to choose an oter number when paying via eaaypaisa. Telenor must offer a balance-savings option, such as zong. Telenor accounts must exist instead of easypaisa. You must have the option to transfer mobile balances to easypaisa or jazz cash accounts. It is possible to transfer your mobile balance from another account using the telenor network signal. However, it does not work properly. It is in need of repair.

This app's optimization is such a disaster that half the time it doesn't work and most of the time is useless. I recommend not buying or signing up for telenor sims as their Internet services can be as terrible as any person could imagine.

You can get the Telenor Packages frequently by using the telenor Connection. Excellent service, available 24 hours a day. Excellent telenor. But when network sends me 1GB of data for free, it doesn't know how I can use that data.

It's not so great. The app keeps telling me that i do not have enough balance even though i tried to make my own deal. I don't use the internet package, so even if i have Internet package credit it still shows that money has been taken from my balance. This is a pain. You can give it minus 10
