Software that crashes frequently on basic functions like a 14-day usage record, is called buggy. Real-time reporting and limited functionality! It would be wonderful if the system could remember key information, such as email addresses that you can send reports to. It would be great if the reports could be downloaded in.csv format as well as the static PDF. The pdf has no useful numbers.

The App is now unfriendly and impossible to use with the latest version. Every time I try to access the app, I am required to enter an OTP. Unfortunately it sometimes fails, even though I received the correct OTP. PS. I still have difficulty accessing the services via the app several weeks later.

The app started fine, but then it wouldn't open. I was forced to delete all my apps and files, it kept telling me the device is rooted. It won't let me access any other applications or my files. If nothing is done, we will delete the app.

The app was great before the upgrade. Accessibility was good as the app could be accessed without actual data, as long as it was connected to an MTN simcard. It redirects me to a browser several times, but I can't load data. This needs to be fixed.

This update is worthy of a zero out 10. Poor performance. Totally useless. The App cannot be accessed without data connections, but it has been accessed previously. There are multiple log-in times. Each time you want to use the app, you must log in. The App won't recognise my account, so I can't purchase my Gaaga Weekend package. So, 0.5/10 We are so sorry for being frustrating

This has made the entire process more complicated. Prior to this, I used to load data even though I did not have it. I also didn't need to authenticate every time I went to the app. It's a pain, with all of the quirks. Let's get rid of the quarries. If I didn't already have an MTN Number, I wouldn't need the App. !

STILL INVALID The issue is not fixed by the last update. It requires data to open, unlike the earlier version. To load data, I must use the ussd codes. It is useless

Although it's an excellent app, I think that offline assessment would make the app more useful. This could allow you to see the balance and perform other tasks. One can quickly have the system refreshed when one returns online so that the updated details can be added to the app. Many thanks

The app doesn't work with the latest version. Sometimes it can take a while for OTP to be sent and then it stops working after you enter it.

Poorer services after every update. 1. Data balance doesn't display no more!! 2. The data bandwidth was compromised. The 100Gb monthly HYNETFLEX bundle was exhausted in 2 weeks without significant use. The customer service won't address the many complaints.

Although I cannot access the app for buying data, I am trying to simultaneously use it to purchase data. After struggling for over 30 minutes, it's so exhausting that I finally give up.

The most recent update you received is trash. Your latest update is completely useless. Without data, the app won't work. Do I need to upload data in order to use this app?

Since the last update, this app is moody. When you are in need of it, the app will display error messages 3 times per day. This needs to be fixed

Although it was a great app, the update has made it less so. It's now the most frustrating app ever. It was so complicated that I had to delete it. The current update makes it useless and you can't sign in. It fails in every way. I gave it one star because that is just too many.

The very useful app is now acting strangely since its last update. It doesn't work and takes too long to load. Please do something.
