Private Photo Vault for PC

Except for a few exceptions, I only see a paid version if I subscribe monthly or annually. Imagine paying $40 per year for all my feature-packed apps. This would be thousands of dollars. Subscribing to an app I like is worth the extra cost. This is a big turnoff.

This was my favorite private photo app back when I used an iPhone. After switching to Android I was thrilled to find it on the Play store. This app, however is not the same as the iOS one. Shake to the bottom, or not at all, are some of my favorite features. Ads can also cause app crashes half the time. Although I'd love to rate this app five stars, I just can't help but to not do so with the obvious problems.

This app has been a great tool for me for many years. I didn't regret buying the full version. Although it has its faults, this app is one of my favorite. To better organise my photos, I have been asking for the possibility to create sub-albums. Although I will not lower it from 5 stars, I believe that this feature would make photo-vault stand out from all the rest. !

Cons.. on the 1st end, I lost my password for my album. I thought that I'd lost my access but I found that I only needed to click edit to delete my password and view all of my photos. Although this seems like an inexplicable oversight, someone still needs to know my original password. Even worse, the second time this happened is that after I imported the photos into the vault they were in my gallery again and uploaded to Google photos! !

It stores your videos and photos fine. You can also delete them from the gallery automatically (not to trash which is great for privacy). The only problem I have is the inability to upload multiple items at once. This will cause them to be placed in reverse chronological order. It wouldn't matter if you were uploading one album, but if you upload multiple photos and videos, this can be annoying. However, this isn't an issue with iOS.

It's about time that you update this app. This app works better than the older one, and has more features. There is one exception. You can only permit the file transfer and/or moving of files, photos, videos, etc. to the 4 top folders. Other folders/albums are not listed in this column. You can view all files/images in Albums. Examples: Albums 1,2,3, 4, 5, 6, You can't move files, images or other media to the 1,2,3, 4, 5, 6 albums. There is no auto-delete option for it. They have to be found and deleted again.

The pro version was downloaded on my Samsung tablet. I expected it to work the same way as iOS. However, the album thumbnails and album name weren't visible. Also the screen only showed 2 or 3 albums folders. This program is not compatible with tablets. I will give it 5 stars if you fix this issue.

To store more photos than one, you will need to pay. Half of the uploaded images and gifs are not loading properly or blurry. You can scroll for 10 minutes with no scrolling bar if you have over 100 photos. There is no easy method to move between phones or backups. You could end up losing all your photos or spending hours searching for a way. All photos were deleted after the update.

What can I do to recover my password? Update: I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it. I ended up losing all my photos. They went where? Is your server hosting them? Are they on your server? It turned out that I had actually used the correct password. However, the app didn't recognize it. This app is Pro and should have no glitches. This message needs to be addressed. I've tried to email support but have not received a response.

While it is great, after an OS update it will not allow you to access all of your photos. Tech support is not available. They will never respond to your emails after they have tried over twenty. You are warned to use this email at your own risk. This is a shame. There was a lot to be done but the execution wasn't perfect. The lack of technical support and customer service made 1 star seem excessive. There are better alternatives. 6/27/21 lost all my photos after latest update.

As other reviewers have stated, this latest update has made the situation worse. The main problem is that instead of having photos in chronological order, with the latest at the top (and they aren't even alphabetical or in calendar order), the imports now have them organized according to day and month. To import one photo, I had 2/3 of my photos from yesterday.

My rating can be downgraded. It also loses all my photos on Android. It gives me a spinning circle and that's all. Export/delete is possible, but I cannot see. There are two issues I have found. First, it didn't show all the directories that I searched for. It kept repeating them over and over. To move my photos to the vault I first had to copy them to the directory that was appearing. Decoy shouldn't changenmain PWD.

Try turning off airplane mode or mid-power saving mode (samsung) if you are experiencing an app crash and can't export your files. After doing this, I was able successfully to export. The Photo Vault team has not responded to my feedback. They will tell me to update the app, and I'm sorry it didn't solve your problem ".....wth. Are they really that serious? They have terrible quality control and R&D. DO YOU WANT YOUR FILE LOSED? GET A PROPER APP TO FIND IT.

This app worked flawlessly until a couple of weeks ago. The app worked flawlessly and performed exactly what I wanted. But now I can't watch the videos I saved within the app. It was initially thought that it might be because of an outdated update or the files being corrupted. But neither is the case. It is the most recent version of the app. All video files can be exported and play perfectly. You can store your videos with another program.

Questions? Not a problem. The pro version was purchased years ago. It has been downloaded to my phone about two years. I signed in to my account today to create a new album. However, all of my photos are missing. It was also apparent that I cannot set album names and cover photos for albums not yet in use. I would love to talk to a developer to discuss possible improvements. This app used to be amazing. It was very configurable. It's now .... quite plain. You can see other apps here.
