Pakistan Citizen Portal App For Windows

The app is great, but there are some bad officers who drop their complaints without any reason. I think you should also add feedback to those dropped complaints with an attachment option. The app has many bugs.

It is full of bugs. Sign in problem. I've reinstalled and registered the app. After 2 months, the login issue is still not resolved. I've sent them two emails but no reply. Citizen Portable isn't responding to my requests for help. Unprofessional behavior. This application has not been improved by the developers. Finally, I can say with a sudden regime change that this app was ended by the new Government. You may not have used all funds.

There are many bugs. For three days, I have been dealing with three types of bugs. The bugs include "something went wrong", technical fault occur, and "app is currently under maintenance". Additionally, this bug can also occur when you reset your password.

My review was reduced from five stars to one star. They used to offer users the option of changing the officer. This was a wonderful feature that reduced the time it took for users to resolve their complaints by about 5-7 days. They have removed this brilliant feature in their latest update and a complaint will remain on the portal with wrong officers for many days.

Two complaints have been filed. I have filed 2 complaints.

Update MOFA Pakistan with provision for private company experiences letters attestation. A lot of pakistanis were offered a job in Vietnam, but MOFA Pakistan required private experience letters. Unfortunately we could not accept the offer. This is because this application feels too bureaucratic and makes it difficult for me to submit a suggestion or complain.

Since the last update, it keeps stating that a technical error occurred. This error is preventing me from updating my app.

Reviewed my review: Extremely poor app. Can't attach any documents. No helpline number. It is very disappointing that it doesn't show any attachments or any errors.

Although the idea behind creating this app was brilliant, I found it to be extremely difficult. I tried more than 12 times before I finally registered and logged in. It is important that the team, especially the Android developers, fix the error "something went wrong", as quickly as possible. This happens because so many people tried to download and use the app but failed. This is a great idea. We look forward to seeing the Application running smoothly without any software issues.

Hello team! Just returned from the first use of the app. Although the app's functionality and outlook are excellent, there are still areas for improvement. E.g. It is a good idea to use a search panel as it saves time searching for each category. Another issue I found was that when you click "Submit", the app gives you an error saying that it cannot register your complaint. However, it will return to the main screen and record the complaint as pending. This feedback is appreciated and I look forward to your improvements. You are very welcome!

This app is extremely slow. It is very slow. It is a difficult task to attach a document. You can attach it if you are successful. Otherwise, the submit button won't work. There are so many photos of developers within the app. This is very appreciative. But please improve its speed and make it more user-friendly. I had to wait more than an hour before I could submit my complaint. Drafts can be saved.

02/05/19 I'm unable attach a call record. The app doesn't mention which formats are compatible and which aren’t. An mp3 file is what I am using. Please let me know which formats are compatible with uploading. 06/08/21 This has been going on for more than two years. It's a shame that it never worked. The app crashes right away, and the pop-up error prompts you to close it. It makes me wonder if this feature that allows you to remain anonymous keeps your identity secret!

The system is full of bugs and takes more than 10 attempts to file a complaint. Sometimes multiple complaints are registered for the same complaint, with different complaint numbers. It should have an option to delete or take back a complaint. The interface is extremely slow. Before launching the product in haste, it should have been thoroughly tested.

I have edited my review. Although the software has seen significant improvements, I still find it difficult to use. There should be more options for complaining fields. i.e. I would like to file a complaint against an NGO, but can't find the option. People may be able to attach files as an alternative option. Users can send their complaint to a postal address with the relevant documents.

Please add "Dark Mode" to it (I'm using Android 8.1 Go). We cannot attach any audio files to complaints. Instead, sounds can be recorded and attached with the integrated audio recorder. The app is not designed to handle complaints that are filed by accident or because of a bug. I asked to have them removed. The latest application has a different response to my previous complaints.
