Reflexis ESS for PC

It's a terrible interface and is not user-friendly. The interface is only somewhat intuitive. This is a requirement for any decent app. It is slow and often inaccurate, such as when displaying PTO balances. Even worse is the desktop version. Is that even possible? It is amazing to me how much this company paid for the software. It was all a waste. This is a blatant lie.

It has potential. Would love push notifications. You should be able to see when the schedule has been posted and when you can request a shift trade. It is unlikely that anyone will just open the app on their own. It would be much more convenient to receive push notifications. This is especially true in cases where a call has been made. This app was created to make it easier for people to get coverage. To get coverage/swapshifts, I am still calling and texting people. It takes forever for anything to be approved. Schedulers/management should be able to do a little more from the mobile app. Push notifications are a great idea! !

The app is not working for me. I've tried several times to download it. The app keeps saying it can't connect to the server. A reflexis ad keeps popping up. I enabled permissions and entered the correct IP address. Other customers in my store were able to log into the app but have difficulty seeing the schedule. Did this app really get tested and was it easy to use? Kronos is much more user-friendly for my husband.

The app is basically useless. There are many issues, including the inability to choose options or request schedule changes. The app also doesn't save and crashes every time you make an option. I have sent logs to report issues, only for the next release to fix the problem. The same problems persist. It is not possible to program apps in this company.

About a month ago, we switched from the old system to this one at work. The app is difficult to use. It schedules you for odd shifts. We can't see any of our schedules in the app. You don't get alerts when the schedule changes or your requests are accepted. We would appreciate any serious modifications.

The first page is the hardest. Nothing happens when I enter a domain name or url. Three times I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried again. Although I know that new things take time, this was an absolutely terrible failure. I find it takes much longer to create a schedule, and they put in shifts which are far beyond our operational hours. I recommend that you revamp your scheduling system and have a screen set up so shops can adjust their hours to suit receiving operations. Rethink, redo, relaunch.

It is unnecessary and confusing. It can be very difficult to schedule for specific availability. A manager is necessary to request my time. Even after working on the matter for half an hour, I still haven't figured it out. The format should be simpler. You can choose to take a day off, or a few days. Or you could work at a particular time. The old system is better for me. It is ineffective. This is a waste of time.

This app works from 2-5 am so you can enjoy thousands of texts, emails, and push notifications all night. You get all notifications from everyone, even if your category is schedule writer. If they change the time so that I am not woken all night, I will rate them higher.

It's slightly better. Today was my first notification that the schedule has changed after 9 months. Unfortunately, I learned from a past experience that the schedule in the app may differ from what is posted by managers in store. The app is not reliable. It is used to send day-off requests. However, it doesn't trust me. I text ASM every time. What happened? My "schedule", in the app, changed three times in 12 hours. None of these changes matched what I posted.

It works flawlessly. Walgreens is my employer. All I needed to do was log in and go into the workforce scheduler. There was also a link that had a QR code at the bottom of the screen. I then logged into the app, which took me about fifteen seconds. I think the problem most people have is that they don't see their work schedules online. I find it difficult to upload my schedule online because no one is doing it the right way. This was obvious after I downloaded the app, and it is useless to me. The app says there is no schedule for the week. This is correct. Great app, easy to use.

The reflexis app will not work if you have changed your password within the store. It is frustrating !!!!!. You will have to remove it from your computer and reinstall it. It's not an issue with my phone. It takes forever to sign back in. The app doesn't work well for me as a part-time employee. I depend on it to manage my schedule. Unfortunately, the app can be so inconsistent that you have to physically go into the store in order take pictures of your schedule.

Although I believe this app has great potential, it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of functionality. It isn't remembering my log-in information. I have tried to log into the app but it won't recognize it. My password can be changed, but it requires log-in information. It isn't recognising my password so I cannot change it. It is very frustrating. But there's no way to get in touch with them if they don't answer. No web site, no link, no anything. Clicking on the link "forgot password?" does not give me any information. When I click on the link 'forgot password?' or 'Set up or modify your security questions', all that comes up is a page saying 'Webpage unavailable and cannot be loaded. It is now useless, and I might as well just delete it. If they're just learning it, the store manager cannot help. So, when our manager advises us to call him for further assistance, we're pretty much done.

It's a great app overall. But developers can add an alert when your schedule changes. After posting my schedule, it seems that everyone at work loves to see changes. When I am a no-show, it gets me in trouble because the schedule has changed, but I did not get notice. As an excuse, they use the phrase "well it's on the app" to avoid telling me that it has changed.

NOT user friendly!!!! Walgreens, thank you for allowing your employees to use this app. It's confusing. It is difficult to request off and set up your availability through the app. I can't even add my photo as contact information. It is too difficult to update my availability and I can't explain why. This is not as easy as the one I used at work. It is not my favorite layout. It needs a lot more work...

It is almost impossible to request time off, even though you have been trained on how the app works. The app also makes it difficult to see the work schedule. It is also impossible to change the password. I must wait until work to do this through my job portal. It's all pretty useless.
