Sannce Sight App For Windows

It is horrible to use. The interface is terrible. It seems that there's no real way to view the night's events except in live time. If you see the porch door open when you awake, and you wonder who it is, then you won't be able to fast-forward through all the images of the night. Pick one time period, wait 5 seconds for DVR to locate the recording and then only play this moment in real-time. It's not the point of having the ability to go back and see what happened? This app doesn't work or is so unfriendly that I don't know how to use it. This product is not as user-friendly as Ring's interface.

This has been my favorite tool for many years. The app worked flawlessly until the latest update. The app freezes cameras. The app will allow me to zoom in on one of the cameras and then zoom out again, allowing all three other cameras to reconnect. WiFi is not an issue. There were no changes. Only the app update was the only thing that changed. The only thing that has changed is the app update. I am now considering replacing all of them. Otherwise, it would have received one star.

It is the most horrible CCTV app that I've ever seen. It freezes constantly so that there is a lot of footage I don't see. It is possible to view it if I have the ability.

Update: New update refuses to change my password, and tells me that my login is expired. This is false, as my password is accurate.

I am very happy with Sannce NVR, IP cameras and the HDMI cable to view them on a monitor. The software is easy to use and records and plays back well. This app however is disappointing. The app is very inconsistent. Sometimes I am able to view the camera 'live', but most of the time I only get an image that does not update. It doesn't matter if I have 4G internet or not. The app turns a very efficient system into an inefficient one. Do better. !

DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY. This is an extremely frustrating system. Since installation, I have not received any signal notifications/alerts. Prior CHEAP cameras & software had notification for animals and people. It was great to be able to rest assured when we were out of the city. It is the worst system I have ever seen. Do not waste time and money on this system. There are other options available that will do the same thing. It would be a negative star if I could!

All 4 cameras have lost their sync since the last update. Each camera loses 5-10 minutes each time they start. It happens even though cameras have been reset, HD cleared, WiFi reset, and everything has been set up again. Because one of my children is blind, I am able to watch them in their bedroom. They are also seated downstairs for the last 10 minutes. The WiFi signal is strong, and the extenders are placed around it so there's no problem. Update. It needs to be fixed. This was perfect before the update.

I can't login to the app. The app claims it sent me a code to verify my account ..... It hasn't. It's not necessary. It's so annoying. Some of my cameras were also 'IPC Disconnected'. They won't work. Please help me!

The camera works great, but the app is terrible. As others have said, the app is not functioning correctly and has a bad connection. This is a security risk that many people are depending on. Please fix it immediately.

You lose the ability to view your phone's camera using mobile data after 2 weeks. The problem has now been resolved by UK mobile service providers updating TCP settings approximately every 2 weeks. Although Sannce's customer service was excellent, it has not been able to resolve the problem. They tried something on their end which worked for 2 weeks but then I can no longer view my phone when I connect to WiFi.

The number I used to register was my phone number. I received my SMS registration code and clicked "local experience", then scan the cloud ID barcode. It worked perfectly when I set up the camera. Even tried to connect over 4g. It didn't initially work but it did after restarting the app. So far so good... Registering via email failed so it's rated 4 stars

Although it does its job, the app is quite basic. The playback feature has been removed from full-screen, making it 100% more difficult to pinpoint a specific time. Let's go back to the way it was.

Great App once you have gotten past the login page. The security camera instructions instructed you to download the app. Once downloaded, you will be greeted by a login page. I tried to create an account, but it failed. This was repeated several times, but it didn't work. Online via a computer. The account that was created didn't work in the app. I went to the android store to find someone who suggested using the "local Experience", which was at the bottom of the login page. It worked! This is what you will need to do!

The only problem I have had with this app is that it changes my screen brightness to 100% when I view my camera. It is an issue for me because I use it to monitor my dog's health at night. It is very annoying and I would appreciate your help! !

It would be 5 stars if it received push notifications correctly. At first it should at most receive push notification while the app is open. But now, it does not receive any. You should receive push notifications when your app is closed! !
