If you're interested in using Therap on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

Therap App For Windows

It is extremely useful and simple to use. It deserves a 5-star rating. It is frustrating and tedious to find out that the "session time expired" message appears when you try to upload completed data. It is impossible to save the data and you have to enter everything again from beginning to end. There is no way I can retrieve the document and keep working with it. This is why I rate the app 3 stars.

It's a bit of a mess. My company only has one computer so I don't have the time or energy to complete my daily reports before leaving. This app is a great help in this regard. The UI lacks many of the features and options that the desktop version has. It means that I will have to either use my laptop from home for all of my reports, or I'll need to wait to get to work. It's also slow and can take up to two attempts to get to its online servers.

The app is experiencing more problems every day. The GPS took me six miles away from my actual location last week. I keep getting log-in error messages and cannot reach the server. Now, with the latest update, I am receiving messages saying that the maximum limit of data collection for the day has been exceeded. I was the only person who worked. Each app update is a step in the right direction and two steps back.

It makes life at work easier, and I love the fact that you can enter your isp data on the app. It would be great if the app could allow us to sign up for unknown meds, as well as record intake/elimination, vital signs, blood sugar and all other charting. The app allows me to enter meds and chart data. I then log in through my browser or laptop to continue my charting. It would take much less time to access everything if it were all available in the app.

Signing off medications is the only use of this app. It is difficult to use, and sometimes it won't send information to the mainframe even though it has signed off all meds. It is important to fix this bug and make it more accessible. The tabs would make it easier to use, and more similar to the web site.

It is very easy to use. However, once you've completed your logs it should be able to show them. They won't be displayed on the app, but they can be searched for on the desktop version. To make the app work the same as the desktop, they will need to update the app.

Recently, it was saying "Sorry couldn't find your position" (I have my location enabled). But i click on check-in and the location shows up when i manually search. I am hopeful that it is showing me my work and telling me where to go.

Constant problems with updates and syncs .... such as what is the latest freaking version! I don't think an update will resolve my many issues .... It appears that the file may be 19 versions older than my current application. This is just the beginning of my iceberg.

To be able to stay on the team, I need vast improvements. To do what I've been doing over the last 25 years, it takes twice as long.

Updates are a must. It would be easier to describe in person. However, there are many issues that need to be addressed. Therap is not satisfying me. It's getting better every day.

It is already installed on my smartphone, but I wanted to know if it was possible for it to be downloaded on my computer. I use a keyboard more than a phone pad and prefer it that way.

This app keeps updating at odd times. How can staff take notes, submit clockin and clockout? It can cause lost or non-paid time as staff are unable to submit notes in time. The Sept. 4 system crashed and the Sept. 5 system did not allow staff to submit notes. However, it shows previous entries! This is a huge inconvenience. I believe agencies should go back to paper forms.

You can use it. It may not always point to the right address for my clients. Another problem. Evidently, the billing person didn't realize that the system was down and she billed. It pushed back her pay date by 3 weeks after she finally got in. Instead of being paid on 04/08/09, we are getting paid 04/22. Instead of getting paid on 04/08 or 04/09, we are now being paid 04/22. You must wait till the end of each month in order to get repaid for this. You guys don't have the ability to fix a small error.

An app that causes disaster. I highly recommend that your group find something else. It is a shame that the solutions available are far simpler and more intuitive. Because they couldn't help but make it easier to use, redundant features were added. At all costs, avoid. UPDATE AFTER A FEW YEARS:. It was still a terrible experience. These were made by people who didn't care about the way people work. What makes apps successful. How to name something logically. It is unnecessary complicated. Make a sticky note

Pomeroy has been my job for nearly 2 years. I downloaded the app after being introduced to therap. It doesn't even work. The app doesn't work, even with the updated website. I prefer that my internet is available on my phone and desktop. I don't want to do this because the app is easy. This is crucial. It doesn't matter what you do, please fix it. If the issue is resolved, I'll update this blog post.
