It is very helpful. Although I'd give it five stars, the app does not have a good lecture. For example, the one about bread-making fails to show a "continue" button after a module is completed. I can't complete the course because the "continue" button is not generated. Fix it. Thanks!
You can login using a computer, but this website and app are not compatible with mobile devices. Good luck to my future employees of the subway.
This app was a must-have for me. It took some time to download, but it was still very helpful in the end. Although I learned more in the real restaurant than I did through the app, I was more confident. Subway Corporation, thank you!
The app is very useful. The app has helped me to train new staff members in my store, despite not having any previous management experience. My only complaint is that I am not sure what to do. However, the Print button within the app doesn't allow me to print PDFs. The files were downloaded to another app, but I cannot find the file. Is there any way to find them?
It's so frustrating that the videos go completely black, and there is no audio.
The app is very slow, logs me out frequently, and it is not as user-friendly as the in-store training. While the app says to prepare food and check labels, I'm already making BMTs. It didn't take me long to make any salad. Prioritise the things we really need to know. The videos are also very offensive. The memes I see are just awful, even though they're relatively new to me. Lessons take twice the time because they're not concise enough.
Although I have to finish training modules, it has been frustrating that a video wouldn't load, resulting in "fatal errors" popping up. This video is called "love at the first bread", and it's preventing me from advancing through the course. This needs to be fixed! !
It is horrible. The app randomly erases any progress that I've made. It also doesn't track any progress that I have made. The same video was shown four times and the program refused to acknowledge that I had seen it.
The app freezes every time, even during the middle of courses. It freezes every time I open it. It works fine otherwise. It's just cheesy training, but it's to be expected.
Useless. Needed help. I used the mail that was provided here in comments to get mail. Click on "menu" in the corner to access help icons. There is no such thing! The app is empty and has no login area. Web page does have some space, but what good are we getting mail filled with old information? Like I mentioned, I already mailed them. There's also no help button either on the app or on Webpage.
It was frustrating that I couldn't get the courses completed at work. The introductory video is only part 1. It could be that I am using my smartphone or something else. Help! I have only 2 weeks left to complete this task and it is mandatory. Thank you!
This is a terrible idea. The lessons are also very condescending and cringy. It's frustrating that you are trying to make memes appealing to young workers. My store was miserable. This is especially because most people had been there 2-3 years prior to corporate mandating that we take this "training".
