Even though I have entered the correct password, it won't allow me to login. After a few seconds, it cuts off the connection. This is frustrating because I often have guests who sometimes can't connect.

Although it was a very useful app, I am now stuck asking for LAN Domain. It won't work even after I entered it. This is a problem that I use every day. Please add features such as the ability to view connected devices, the ability to remove any device I wish from the connection, and other useful options. Thank you.

This provides a much faster way to check battery/connection/data usage compared to loading the normal device dashboard. It does the basic functions well and doesn't do much more. It will crash if it is using it while your phone is running out of battery. The app will not show the current level of the battery until you stop the application and start it again. Other than that, no issues.

Never have I been so frustrated with an app. It requires an admin password to check my messages. This is the default WiFi key. This password isn't working and it's impossible to change. It looks like this is a common problem for many people. The developers seem to not even care about the ratings. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your service.

Once you log in, the accounts page is fantastic. All details listed. However, it can be very frustrating to log in! You can enter the password and hit Login but you will not be able to gain access, regardless of how many times it is tried. It doesn't matter if you close the app or restart it. The only way to fix the issue is to remove the app and then reinstall it.

It's useless and wasteful of money and time. Although the app can connect to the router, the wifi connection to that router is not available on any other devices. It keeps asking me for an administrator password, even though I've never been asked.

It is a bad setup. You can't see your messages or access them unless you visit the web app. It takes forever to load, regardless of how strong my signal. The web application keeps on loading, which is kinda pointless. It could be accessed directly from my web browser.

The LAN Domain Recognition of Vodafonemobile.wifi has been a problem since the last EMUI security updates. This causes the app to refuse connection. It seems like an update is needed. It seems that everything is working again after the last update. The same Domain error keeps popping up and rebooting fixes the problem until then. It is NOT recommended!

This sms feature isn't helping. Please make it possible to check how much data you have left. To read the SMS, I have to login again. It's frustrating and tedious. Although the app is great, it's frustrating that I can't touch and tap to check how much data there are.

Option zero would be the one I'd choose. I can't connect to my app. The app keeps telling me the LAN is changed, and that I need to retype the information. It then keeps repeating the message. It is useless.

Resetting data was a major error. This function worked up to February 2019 and was still working. It resets every time, but it returns to the last month within a matter of minutes and adds all current data. It has reset about ten more times, each time returning to the previous month's usage. It is very annoying.

It's a great app. Please update/upgrade the GUI. It doesn't support back buttons and throws people out when they press it. The GUI is web-based, so it does not have any other controls. I have no problems using it.

The app doesn't allow you to delete users who haven't been allowed access to the Wi-Fi. You also can not see your account balance. It is very fast to lose data, and I don't see any photos or videos.

This app is the worst. It's not easy to use and feels like it was created by elementary school students. It is very slow and doesn't allow us to check our balances, or block/disconnect devices using the app (hackable). It is impossible to switch the device on/off via app. Vodafone did not put any effort in this app. I will not renew my data contract because i am so disappointed.

The app's functionality is very limited. The data usage information must be reset manually. This is not ideal for those who have a monthly limit and need to keep track of it accurately. The difference in data usage between night owl and daily is not shown. If you need to see your usage and details, it's much easier to log in to the My Vodacom site or the MyVodacom mobile app.
