If you're interested in using Axon View on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

Axon View App For Windows

The app has been vastly improved by Axon's recent update. It used to slow down my camera connection and sometimes wipe out any data I had written. The app has been much more stable and fluid so far. Because it took so much time to resolve these problems, I am leaving 4 stars. I hope Axon will keep up the good work and continue to provide better updates.

It freezes if you close the app, switch to another program or come back to it. The app keeps stating that "failed start scan for WiFi" and it will not allow you to see your videos without closing the app or shutting down your camera. Because pairing is only intermittently possible, it still requires a function that can memorize the two cameras. This is a serious problem. It takes too much time to label videos.

The app has been terrible ever since the latest update. I am one of those agencies who have agreed to utilize this technology. It is very difficult to view videos through the app, even if you have a connection. No matter what you do, the video has never been able to be played regardless of how many steps were taken. These issues are being addressed by the Body Cam Unit. Samsung Galaxy S10+

The app is horrible. No matter how many times the app has been in pairing mode, it can't locate my camera. The app failed to find my camera. I have restarted my device, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and called the company. They were not helpful. It seems like this is a very common issue. It was uninstalled again and I don't plan to download it from the internet. This is a review for the galaxy s8 active.

It will connect to the wifi, then disconnect. This loop keeps it stuck and asking for more connections and disconnections. I can't watch it back and the android app won't allow me to update. Also, it takes forever to get connected to my Android to label the footage. It would be great if it could label multiple items at once, like axoncap.

It has been a pain ever since the upgrade. It shuts down every time. If you classify one video, it will show the message "Unfortunately Axon View has stopped" and then close down. It seems that Axon has not been able to resolve the issue. This problem has been ongoing for some time now. This app deserves less than one star. However, there is no other option. The creators of this app don't seem to care. You can also post on Facebook.

The app worked well for me for several months after I downloaded it for my Samsung s9. The app cannot configure my camera wifi. It states the WiFi on the camera network is disabled. I can no longer see live video or playback. With negative results, I deleted the app and tried downloading it again. Contacting axon was also an option.

Poor camera will not stay paired with your cell phone. I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall it several times. Another nightmare is the need to be connected with my department's wi-fi. The old camera, which did not need wi-fi, was far better than the newer model and worked well with my phone.

It works great. I have used it more than anyone else. Some of the cameras are defective and cause apps to crash approximately 1 out 50 times.

My phone is not able to connect. When it detects that my phone is connected, the device will scan for me and then refuse to allow me to view any video. The list of videos is visible, but I cannot view them.

When trying to save metadata, it crashes constantly. Every video must be labeled. This app crashes every time it tries to save metadata.

From mid 2019 to the present, I worked for Axon. Axon was my employer from mid 2019 to mid 2019. Personal problems aside, an app development team or individual made the effort. As a former employee, I would like to help that individual or group. This is not an easy task and Axon's goal as a company to "make bullet obsolete" is difficult. That is what I stand for 100%.

It works fine, but I can't see any videos that have been saved. The limit is set and it won't display any newer videos until they are all downloaded.

What's Axon accomplished? This was a wonderful app until the latest update. The camera is no longer available. Now the camera is not found. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled. This is the second attempt. This is the Android platform.

Revision update: One star back! I can connect to the app, see the video list, but can't actually play any of them. The foreverlasting spinning wheel appears.
