If you're interested in using BlackBerry Content Transfer on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

BlackBerry Content Transfer App For Windows

The app doesn't always wish to send the data. It seems to try to convince you to move to a Google Drive. I use it, but it doesn't always work.

Complete garbage. Every text "backed up" on the drive was lost. Google and BlackBerry failed. It was never in my mind that I would say "Time to Apple", but they have done it.

You can't specify whether it is a new or older device. This is because you are likely to be trying to move from an older bb10 phone.

I keep getting a message telling me to update to ensure that the transfer is completed. There is no update. Even though I tried uninstalling the program and installing it again, it still said that I needed to upgrade first. It is frustrating.

It worked flawlessly, transferred data from my note 9 to my z10 in less than 30 seconds. Nearly 300 contacts were also transferred. After a few days, it was working with smart switch as well as a few other tools.

This is the most horrible app that I've ever used. It took 48 hours for content to be transferred, only to have it stop halfway through. It happened 5 times. Was a waste of time. It's just awful

It doesn't work. Passwords don't match between devices. This was true even after multiple attempts to reinstall the device, and trying other passwords.

It is simple to use, solves a problem, and fills the gap left by using another program that can be difficult to install

This app was amazing! My father got a new phone to celebrate Christmas. His old Blackberry Z10 phone wasn't compatible with his needs and his emails and contacts were lost. It worked like a charm, but he did have to use sms.

This was for a new Motion and it was unreliable. It took over one day to transfer data to Google Drive. The partial backup was useless. Direct transfer failed to work. It also died halfway through. I had to use my WD MyCloud to transfer the data. Hub didn't function correctly with my transferred accounts. Each message took over 30 seconds. It needs to be corrected. These fixes are not enough. You also need the option of local USB OTG transfers vs wireless crapping. Also, the possibility to modify the default calendar name, from content transfer, to a user-specified value.

The program transferred data from the BB Classic to BB PRIV. The program was not installed correctly after I removed it. I lost all information

Dont work . I tried to change from motion to priv, but it wouldn't work. All my information and contacts from my cell phone must be manually entered.

It worked well on the blackberry classic and the PRIV. However, it doesn't work with the BlackBerry motion. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. Please fix this! !

It was a great app. However, the developer took away the ability to restore/backup to SD cards. For those of us who have used this feature for years, please bring back the Restore from SD button. I would love to have my phone restored from my backup.

Useless! It tells me to update the app for my new phone. If I cannot back up my old device, who cares?
