It's been about six months since I started using it, shortly after receiving my first Moderna vaccination. The experience was very positive. It was easy to get my driver's licence renewal information and 2nd booster dose. It then kicked me off, prompting me to input my data and then stating that it was invalid. It did this repeatedly, even after I uninstalled and reinstalled. It must be fixed!

The app provided instructions to me a few days back for making a vehicle transfer using the app. However, those instructions have disappeared. It is unclear if the app removed it with an update, but this was extremely frustrating. The web version has also been ineffective.

The app won't let me enter and verify my contact information. The app changes the number order when I attempt to enter my phone number. It refuses to give me the code to verify my email. My license expires soon. This must be fixed immediately.

It doesn't work with the appointments software engine. I can't make appointments at any vehicle center. I am trying to reserve one for my loved one, who has a disability ID. This is not what I wanted.

This needs to be done. The "download vehicle licence" function does not work. Unfortunately, the web version of the license is tied to the exact same code. As such, as of today and according to my knowledge: 1 Week ago, the function was greyed. This makes it extremely difficult because you need to take 2 days off work to complete the functions, 1 for physical cesco, 1 to renew your car tags.

So annoying, I keep trying to pay a ticket and I can't because the 4 number verification code never gets to my email I have tried multiple emails and I just don't get nothing... nunca avia pasado tanto trabajo tratando de pagarle al govierno que lo que quiere es tu dinero no entiendo... esto no sirve para nada !

Hello, when I attempted to log in with my password it refused to update it and then it won't let me enter.

App won't open. It opened fine. But it crashes every time I attempt to launch the app. It won't let me use it.

You can download to your android phone, and/or you can print the Vehicle License/Marbete. This is a view mode. It does not work to upload files to the cloud. If you have any questions, please let us know. This is a great step in the right direction.

It is impossible to print any certificate, at least not on Android. The certifications view is just for your reference and there's no share button. It's impossible to share anything. This is because it doesn't work with WhatsApp, email clients or cloud providers. Otherwise, it's useless! !

Overall, I enjoy the app. It could have two important features, however: Push Notifications to Reminders and Appointment Dates. For appointments, you can send Calendar Events via email. A very important appointment was missed because it wasn't in my calendar. The app also didn't remind me.

I keep getting asked to enter my vaccine information again in the vacu ID section of the app. But then, it says it cannot confirm. It confirmed my previous vaccinations, so this is quite strange. It is yet another example of the "Puerto Rico government doing it better." We will see if this is ever fixed or if it just continues to be ignored like so many other things they do.

It has terrible UI and seems to be an online LITERAL version of their service. There is no feedback system, no ratings system, and there are not unified systems for tracking users or tickets. This is a complete mess.

An Application for Government. A Government Application. This app also uses your microphone and location for unrelated purposes. This is only for listening and tracking. This app does not have to know your microphone and location.

This would be a zero if I had the chance! You guys may not be aware of the fact that we're in the midst of a pandemic. Some cescos had to close because of covid19 cases. So why don't you take this into consideration? Let's renew our license even though it's expired for a month. My license is not valid until December 24, and I need it.
