You will keep coming back for more. I hope they will add more movies soon. However, it is not possible to change the close captioning settings. Some movies are so small that they can be difficult to read. The captioning of Pureflix movies is not affected by changing the settings on your smart TV or firestick.

I don't know how to modify my review. All the issues I had before were fixed and I can now watch my videos without any issues related to data throttle (yay data-throttling). If there was more functionality like Netflix and Disney+ or Amazon, the app could get five stars. It doesn't have a watchlist or a download option to watch offline. And it blocks streaming for older operating systems like Android 10. I can't use Covenant Eyes with my Android 10 device. It's otherwise great.

The app is not loading videos correctly and keeps prompting me to "retry". This problem is a serious one. Please fix it. Your movies are amazing! This is very frustrating, as I subscribe to the app for a year and cannot watch movies. Yes, I did check for updates, reset my device, and then logged in and signed back again. The loading problem still persists.

We enjoy the majority of the content, and we are grateful for the faith-friendly entertainment. However, there is much to be done. It is used mostly in conjunction with Firestick. The device logs us out without warning, slows down program playback and locks up. It also moves slowly from one page to another. This has been the case for over 4 years. Please improve app performance and include more content for young children.

It's hard to understand why there are so many negative reviews. Pureflix has been my subscription for several years. Due to insufficient money, I have had to cancel several times. Cancelling was easy. This streaming service is free and Spotify is also cheap. I will probably have to cancel my subscription for several weeks due to money. But I will be back when I get paid. Buffering is not an issue for me. Comcast has issues, but not pureflix. Pureflix works great. Praise Jesus!

Update: Although the sync issue doesn't seem as severe, this app still has some work to do before it can be considered satisfactory. It doesn't display a notification to pause playback. It doesn't remember the episode that you just watched. Original post: When casting to Chromecast, audio and video don't sync properly. This makes it difficult for viewers to view. After a month of trying to resolve the issue, technical support was not available. The company has refunded the subscription for a month. Next month will be interesting.

Pureflix trial is over and I am already experiencing problems. Pureflix was not opening on my TV. I tried to sign in using my Firestick. However, the Firestick does not allow me to use uppercase letters to sign in. Switch to keyboard mode instead of using your left-right arrows to hit numbers, letters and characters. These features will be improved. It was a bad start.

What is the best way to cancel my subscription? After the payment was made, the problem started with my movies not being played. I tried several times to get a response, including screenshots and text of the message displayed. Today, I went to Tulsa and found that there was a delay. Please refund me my money or cancel my subscription at this stage. These apps are horrible because you don't have the ability to cancel your subscription.

It is very difficult to cancel a subscription. To cancel, you will need to pass through several stages. I hoped for more sitcoms. We have busy lives and can't watch all the movies. Although I'd have given you a better rating, it was frustrating that cancelling is so hard.

I love this streaming app and it runs smoothly for me and my family. It's loaded in my grandson's Samsung Kids. He navigates the app and finds his favourite Veggie Tales episodes. The movie content is a favorite of our family, particularly the originals. There's also a wide variety of content so that there's something for everybody. It renews automatically each year, and I have never had any problems. Thank you Pure Flix.

It's great! Although I didn't experience buffering problems like others, it logs me out each time I close the app. I also get a stroke every time I type it with my roku remote. They should be able to correct that. Apart from that, I like the fact that all of my Bible stories for children align with my KJV Bible. There are also other movies they have that go beyond the Bible and are clean and entertaining!

The clean options are my favorite. The app crashes are not an issue for me, as others have said. My experience would be improved if I could do a few more things. 1. Let me see my favorite videos or create a "my lists" section. It's impossible to locate the things that I have starred. 2. Like your competition, I'd love to pause/play or +10/-10 by tapping the main screen. 3. It won't let me use the Bluetooth headset to perform functions 2 and 3.

Edit: My complaint was removed because the Developer responded so quickly and efficiently. Technical support didn't get a chance before I posted. My initial rating was re-rated and I am sorry. We are grateful. No problems with the movies or shows. There are no buffering issues. It crashes when browsing and slows down the app. It's slow to load and crashes while browsing so I don't know if it would work better on a TV. It's growing, I think. It's great now and on the way to being amazing!

It would make a great app, with some additional features not available in most other video apps. You can add videos to a list and save time searching for them. It can be frustrating to find multiple videos you like but forget what they are. It should also work as netfix does. A third feature that would make a great addition to your computer is profiles. Content merits 5 stars. Functionality gets 1 star

The content is not great. There are some high-rated Lifetime shows and others that aren't as popular, but it does get the point across. It needs to be improved. Every time I stop watching a movie and exit the app, the app says "something went wrong". It does this no matter how many times it exits and I reenter, or click on another movie. My cache will be cleared without any luck. Forcing the app to stop has been successful so far. However, if it continues doing this, I will cancel my subscription.
