DV Lottery Photo Tool for PC

This app is awesome for taking photos to enter the dvlottery. This app was tested with an original US government website. They are only 1% apart. The app can take photos by taking an oval shape of your head. This means that you need to measure from the base of the chain up to the top of the head, including the hair. However, I would like to stress that you can check the results on the dvlottery website app in case there are any errors or omissions. This correction is only 1%.

The interface may not be as attractive as the images and it's not as user-friendly as one would expect. However, it works.

I use this app. This app is great. However, the cropped image jpeg cannot be opened in my laptop. Laptop is fine. These photos cannot be opened. They can still be submitted to the DV lottery website. Photos will be refused because they can't be opened by windows photo viewer. We need your help.

The worst thing is that you have to take a picture otherwise the app won't allow you to operate it. I tried to resize my photo, but couldn't.

After uninstallation, the app icon won't be deleted from your phone. Clicking on it will bring up "App not Found".

Although I'm not sure how others use it, it works for me. Appreciated! My photo was accepted by this app.

Hi, would you mind telling me if it is important to grow a beard while applying for the US DV lottery. My beard is quite long. Do you think I should trim my beard to qualify?

The app reduced the dpi value of the cropped photo from 300 to 96 when it saved the file. This is wrong, perhaps the department state will disqualify applicants for fixing this.

It is okay to take the photo in real-time. If you choose one from the gallery, it is fine. However, even though you place the face in its center when cropping, the image ends up on the left-hand side of the space.
