CorrLinks Video App For Windows

It's not bad. It was necessary to purchase wired headphones in order for me to hear at a low volume. This is the second problem. Fiber optic internet is available to me. A speed test done in the app will show me that it is not enough, but I can continue. A timer is needed on the screen to count down until your visit ends. It crashes occasionally when it tests with the server. Then it auto-rotates which is when it happens.

The system keeps freezing and kicks me out...it's not on my end. Multiple times it happens with different inmates. We are not refunded the video time lost or reimbursed for funds. It is horrible. The app starts 2 minutes prior to the start of the video and finishes 4 minutes before it is due.

It allows me to log in but it states that you have not tested the computer or the internet. However, I've had 3 video calls on my phone on different occasions and nothing has changed. When I run the test it gives me an alert saying this session is unavailable. It still won't let me log in. I tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, and that didn't help.

It has always been quite reliable. It doesn't say I get great service, even though my 4g has full bars. It works for me. Today, I was able to video-visit and the computer kept telling me that my firewall blocked it from connecting. It has never had any problems with it until now. It was updated for the latest update. Now I cannot visit my sister, who is paid a lot for her visits. I tried everything, but nothing helped. This is a serious problem.

Yesterday I tried this app and it failed to work. I was unable to visit my girlfriend via video, and it kept telling me that the connection is not possible. If this is your only option to visit someone locked up, you should have a better app.

It has never worked for me. This caused me to miss two video calls. Wi-Fi speed is 3 megabytes per sec download, and 1 megabyte per sec upload. My 4G internet connection allowed me to download one megabyte and upload 900 kilobytes each second. It won't ping corrlinks. This is not an issue for me.

This app gets 0 stars. Okay, it was a one-star app. This app is horrible! It was terrible! I tried the stupid test three times. My phone data was faster than what was required for the application. But it still said my connection was slow. and never let me connect! This is a waste my time, my loved ones' time, and my beloved ones money! The inmates must pay $6 per visit There are no refunds!

This app works great. .... But today, the app is saying it cannot connect to corrlink servers. It was my internet connection, so I tried my wifi and my 5g. Nothing worked. Then I tried my iPhone as it works better (I am writing this from android). Nope. Finally, I checked my laptop. NOT A DAMN TIME CHANGED. Same problem. We are very disappointed that we missed today's important event. ..

My daughter and I attempted to setup my computer for video chat. When I clicked "test the connection", the message that said "connecting with the test server" appeared. The program then shut down completely without connecting. This problem is not addressed in the support PDFs. My smart phone was used to conduct our visit. Our daughter was stuck on the screen for 25 minutes of our video visit. CorrLinks Video Technical Support is not available via phone or website.

It's a great app that allows you to visit and see your family members and friends who are in prison without ever having to go to any facilities. It is not compatible with every device, but it works great when it does.

When it comes time for a visit, this app is rarely or never functional. Visits via laptop/phone are my only way to talk and see my loved one in prison. Video cuts abruptly and lags. The app should absolutely be improved and fixed. A company shouldn't make it a priority to help convicts or felons connect with their children, families, and partners. You can't be enthusiastic and eager to make a video visit, but it only takes 6 minutes. It's such a disappointment.

It takes forever to open the app. If it keeps saying there are bugs in the app, but no updates, the person to the right will appear on screen. Then you'll have to start over.

What number of times does it take for people to hear that the APP doesn't work? If they respond with more stars than you give them, then please tell our technicians what problems you have. You're not listening. You're not listening.

This app won't work for me. Even though I have 5g internet, it says that my connection is too slow. This can be very frustrating when you're trying to keep in touch with loved ones.

This app does not help at all. This app only works with certain devices. My son's iPhone and my husband's Galaxy were both tested. It did NOT matter. Accessibility should be made easier for this app. It is best to not charge until you have run the app.
