The app can be used with the camera to view real-time video, however, even with motion enabled and a sd card in place, it won't play any past footage. Even when it receives a motion alarm, there is no video. The app must be closed by force to stop once it is opened. The app vanished completely from my phone this week, so I will need to set it up again.

This is a baby monitor that we use. It used to function well. It keeps saying it's offline, but it hasn't since yesterday. It disconnected and then uninstalled, but it was still there when I reinstalled. It keeps telling me to switch my region to South Africa, where it had been perfectly fine. It just kicked me out when I clicked on the button. This is extremely disappointing considering that I had been recommending the product and application.

Android Pie does not support this. Littleelf has not yet responded. Camera returned for refund. Camera logs in and works perfectly. You will get 3 seconds of live video before the camera distorts. It's like censoring a movie. It works great when you log on to friends' phones. New Android 9 Pie. It's not so bad.

Your app is terrible. It is so slow that I must close the app and then re-open it three times each time to view my camera. When I first log in, the screen turns black and it never loads. It also started moving by itself. I set it to face the patio and log in again later. Is it possible to see the difference? ?

The focus point is not saved by the camera. Each time I use the app, I must adjust the focus to the area I want. The lens is adjusted to the correct focus area and any information I have heard are gone. I have received email from various people telling me what to do, but none of them worked.. The app will not keep you on track once you quit it.

The 30-day trial period for cloud has ended and the app won't let me sign in. The SD card did not work for me.

It worked from day 1. After that, the app stopped saving and recording alerts. The app would notify me of an alert, but not record it. It does not allow me to access the help screen. Purchase history and orders for cloud settings screen are not available. I wouldn't have spent my money on this app if I knew the quality.

It came with a very short micro USB cable that I found acceptable for charging. It doesn't charge. To keep the device on, you must physically connect an USB cable. That would have been a huge advantage!

Although the app works well, pop-up ads keep popping up since I downloaded it. They seem to have hijacked my phone, which is very annoying. Even worse, I have trouble calling my cell phone.

It works as it should. App will not speed forward. This is the biggest problem. App will not fast forward if motion sensitive is set to 5; this means that it misses most of the activity. This makes it hard to go back and review your history. Better than any other apps and cameras.

Worst app ever. It doesn't really matter what device you have if the app does not work. Apps that don't work are not worth the money. App was functional for a while, but it stopped recording to my memory card. It is impossible to disable the IR sensor. Why? It glares at me behind the glass.

It took me far too long to get this cam to work. The app refused to recognize my wireless or wired camera. The camera was returned to me after I gave up. The software has limitations and cameras that are currently working with it don't work well.

App sucks!!!! This new version is frustrating !!!!!!! The only thing I can get when trying to playback the video is "Retrieving Audio Stream "!!!!!!". Pointless. Amazing camera.

When I close the app, it logs me out. You don't get a movement notification. There are not many record options. There is no way to disable IR. Another camrea is littelf, but it runs on littelf smart. This app works much better. It is impossible to link this camrea with it. Is it possible to have two apps and camreas for the same company?

It is difficult to register and you cannot connect two cels at once. The app also deletes the device you have connected. Absurd.
