MyUPMC for PC

Excellent App. It is a great app. I can see my past and present medical results and view all of my appointments. It is easy to use, and I appreciate the reminders that are sent via email and my phone. It is easy to contact providers physicians, which makes it easier to know what to do and whether you should be seen. Mentally, the app helps to understand that one can quickly share, note, and have their concerns addressed. The App is a valuable tool in the overall wellness plan.

Inaccessible to schedule an appointment. Clicking on Schedule an Appointment keeps me redirected back to my appointments. I will not be taken to my list of providers as it normally does. Yesterday, it did the exact same thing for me. It even directed me to the "schedule a appointment" page. This is between my other appointments.

It is easy to use the message, apts and other functions. However, I would like more information in the bill payment section so that I can identify which bill is due. My bill numbers and date of service are not listed. All my co-pays have the same amount. When payments are not applied to the correct bill, or if there's a question, it can get mixed up. It would be 5 stars otherwise.

It stopped working. The app worked fine Monday. Today, I received an email with the test results. Clicking the app brings up a screen which displays my UPMC. The app never requests login information. It stayed on Tuesday all day

It works well for me. It allows me to quickly communicate with people and receive responses. Information is always available. If I look, billing and information are always there. :-)

The Portal is my first experience with it. This site has been very frustrating for me so far. I'm actually trying cancel an appointment. But, so far no luck. Recently, I have been feeling very angry. It's probably because of all the pain that I feel.

Inability to retrieve username. Incapable of starting over or creating a new account. It is extremely difficult to use and wastes time. This is something I have tried about once per year and failed.

It is a wonderful tool. It is simple and easy for me to use. It provides information about upcoming and past apps, medical issues, medications, where to find them, as well as general health info.

Amazing App! It is extremely useful and can do almost everything. You can also send messages to your doctor. This one is a must-have for anyone who uses UPMC Hospitals. There are no advertisements or anything like that. Drink your water and take care of yourself! !

Very buggy. The only reason this app makes sense to me is because it is difficult to contact a provider within the UPMC network using other methods.

App worked fine up until the last update. I am now unable to view my laboratory results. I can log in, but no new results have been posted. Labs were drawn more than 3 days ago.

You can get reminders for appointments, texts results, and messages from your doctor. Refills can be requested. Amazing app!

This app really has made my life easier. Although it is only an app, it has had a profound impact on my life. The app allows me to schedule appointments quickly with doctors in my network, manages payments and lets me see test/lab results immediately after they are entered into the UPMC System. This means I don't have to wait to be seen by a doctor to receive them. It's truly amazing.

Little bit broken. My son has not had an appointment with his pediatrician since the last update. The page that summarizes the previous visit is loaded.

You should have an option to receive alerts if there is a change in appt times, such as MyChart. You should also be able schedule appointments through the app with physicians you have never met before.
