SuperLive Plus for PC

It freezes. It pauses or unpauses during live view. It freezes when you pinch it and then unpinch. Live view motion is slowing down. Fast forward and reverse buttons no longer work. Playback and rewind do not work. I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. It didn't fix the problem. This has been the case for several months. The app doesn't play back recordings in reverse. The app only plays back fast-forward during playback.

Horrible, no good. The app crashes when I try to stop the recording. I have some clips I want to record. I don't know what the purpose of cameras is. UPDATE 5/16/2020 Still ridiculous. This app is not user-friendly. 100 thumbs down.

There are some good and others. The software offers a lot of flexibility for free. The software allows you to view as many camera feeds as you like, or only one. Live or historical views are available. You can switch between screens and pick an era in the past. There are many bugs. Most frustrating are the ones that skip past criminal activity even if you rewind. Sometimes, downloading the feed right at this time is helpful. But not all times.

Update 8.3.21 Update: A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an email with the exact same question that I asked here. I received no reply. It's an amazing app. There are many options to get push notifications or high quality video. Use Onwote cameras. Push notifications would be great for admin accounts but not the users' phones. However, push is enabled and everyone receives them. This app is great.

Superlive Plus suddenly turns completely black after a couple of times. Log off is the only option if it's not completely dark. The app is uninstalled, then reinstalled. In no time at all, the same thing occurs again. There are no other apps like this. It works well on my Samsung Android smartphone.

The cameras take forever to open and each time you change the view, it must reset all the images. It then loses half of the image, switches to the coffee cup, or doesn't say any data. It also switches between landscape mode and portrait mode when my phone is in portrait. The landscape mode toggle didn't work for me. When I click the back button while I'm looking at fullscreen images, it won't take me to the homepage. Instead, it asks me if I would like to leave. Ugh!

It doesn't load all of your camera images when you open the application to them. It doesn't load all the cameras. It takes a long time for the cameras to load. People can also leave rooms and still see them. Another problem is screen freeze. This app has very few positives.

It's great. The app has a lot of useful features. Only issue is with the speed of fast forward/rewind. The footage seems to jump a lot. It would be great to have the ability to speed up rather than skip frames. It skips 2 minutes when I press play while in ff/r. This is very difficult to use. All else aside, it's great!

Since a long time ago, whenever I look at a recording (any date, any time or any camera), it lags. Scrolling through the recorded times allows me to go backwards and forwards. However, the recording either doesn't reflect that particular recording or takes too long to update. It doesn't matter if you press the Play or Pause icons. As it stands, choosing a time is difficult.

Super live pro (the old version) was more suitable for data review. It is difficult to move quickly with slide. It doesn't understand or like your location. Why are there only 20 system options on the app. There are hundreds of clients and I am growing. It should also default to high-definition when it first starts. This is another step that can be difficult for customers who have just bought a phone. People seem to enjoy it, or they don't call to complain.

I used to be able have three managers logged into the system at once until recently. Since the November update, it is now impossible for any of us to log in because system has been backed up to the cloud. It just keeps visiting and spinning, then it times out. This worked perfectly for more than a year, but to lose access after an update rendered my camera inoperable. It shouldn't be necessary to travel all night just so my cameras can be seen.

The interface is extremely slow and it frequently cuts off goes to "nodata" when you try to view any cameras from the past. It doesn't matter whether it is live feed or 5 minutes ago the same day. You must log out completely and then login again. This may be repeated several times. The app causes me more headaches than it is useful. You don't need much time to mess with the camera.

SuperLive Plus can be difficult to use for home surveillance cameras. This app was clearly designed for professionals, but it is not suitable for the everyday user. The initial setup is difficult and it's not easy to make changes to the recording options. Use simple terminology, and include a guide in the app's download.

Amazing app! Great app! Only problem is with video playback. It's difficult to see a specific moment using the slider. It would be wonderful if you could enter the desired time in future updates. This doesn't necessarily have to match the exact second, but it can be within one minute. Update: The clock function next to the slider allows for precise time viewing. Or I didn't notice it. 5/5 stars! !

The app has stopped working. The entry was made on a Samsung Note 8 and the device setup took place. The app is gone! I opened it a few days later. It was a lot of work and all the information about setup is gone. The scan an image option doesn't work. Navigate to the images and the pictures are displayed. However, when you click on the image you return to an empty entry. It happened again, with the same results. The app crashed, however.
