healow App For Windows

Zero stars. This is the worst app I have ever seen. 1) I was unable to use calendar to input dates. It took me several attempts before the app got it right. After clicking the button, there was no feedback. It is impossible to tell whether it performed any action. Printing in portrait mode results in garbage It format text with landscape width. It also plays with font weight, producing text that is very small and in light colors. It seems to ignore the font-size settings.

It doesn't integrate with any calendars, passwords, phones books, or other transport apps. Multiple practices can't be accommodated seamlessly or intuitively. One, practices don't have the right training and may send false messages. Two, standard communication is not well automated. Although it covers a few basic features, such as medication management, it fails to do it well. Do something for your patients. Do something different. It is sad.

At opening, it needs to have a menu. The user must be able to view a list with possible actions and then click. I spent months trying to understand how to request a renewal of a Rx. It also took years for me to discover both the sides of a text exchange. This is not easy. There are communications experts that can design an intuitive interface. This app does not contain ads.

While this may be different from one practice to another, it is the case in mine that the healow app won't allow me to do anything at all useful. It is not possible to cancel or change appointments. Without a written confirmation from your doctor, you can cancel an appointment. It's impossible to edit your current medication list. You may only hide some. Messages open a web browser and link to the message, so why have a separate application? MyChart offers a better web portal/app.

It is impossible for me to register and see my results. It is so frustrating. Edit: There is a way around it. The submit button will fail if you have a password. You can fix this by adding a character to the input and then deleting it. The password strength rating will be displayed and then the submit button will activate.

It keeps logging me out about every five minutes. I was forced to log in each time to send a new message. The system doesn't list all of my providers so it is impossible to send me messages. You can't order refills. The app is in dire need of major updates! Updated 7/4 and still has serious issues. It's impossible to log in. The app will not let me log in if I enter my username and password or use fingerprint. The app will try to log me in, but it throws me back out. I tried everything, restarted the phone and it didn't work. It doesn't work!

The app wasn't ready for release. Many features fail to "connect" on the first attempt, so you will need to try it again. It behaves in a way that makes it seem like a scam app. The app logs in successfully, then sends me back to sign into again. This is in an inexplicable loop that makes it impossible for me to access any of the content. The layout works well when it does, and is very intuitive (save for the fact that notifications can be turned off).

This app is constantly making me mad every time I use it. It's frustrating to log in and it makes it feel like you are a first-year student. It is not good. It's a slow interface and the data loads very slowly, even with fast internet. It does show some data so I gave it an additional star. However, I would not use it unless it was absolutely necessary. Edit: Forgot pin, reset pin, new pin doesn't work. Amazing app.

If you have been experiencing problems when logging in it will just go back to logging in over and over. To get the app to work, you will need to remove it and then reinstall. It is very useful in keeping everything in order, even though it only works once. Record keeping, medication records, prescriptions, and appointments. It is easy to contact by text. You don't have to be on hold for a phone call. Simply send a text message and wait for a reply.

Since the last update it has not let me into my computer at all. It loads and asks for my fingerprint. Then it keeps showing up again! It will not allow me to go beyond that screen even after scanning! Either update the app or create a new and improved version from scratch! Update: I uninstalled and then reinstalled it, which seems to have fixed the problem (so far).

It picks and decides what time it will work. This makes the app so complicated. It gives you three options for logging in: fingerprint, pin or face. The app will direct you to choose the second option, and even if you do choose the second option, the app won't give you access to any records. This is the only way I can communicate with my service provider.

Complete garbage. This app is required by the urgent care that we visited. The app didn't contain any of this information. The app was difficult to set up, crashes frequently, and requires audio and video to work. It is confusing, awkward, and very incomprehensible. This app will not allow us to return to urgent care.

Upgrades and support are not available for breaks. Apps have no control over the use of or inability to place a pin on my phone. It should. You filed a complaint at the Play Store. Is there a way to fix it? Still broken. Still disappointing. I was promised an update. There was no response. More dangerous than it is useless. I am getting alerts but can't get my information. Do not bother downloading.

It's pretty good but there are some kinks in the interface. It doesn't allow you to crop or rotate the image after you have taken it. The check-in screen keeps showing you the button to check in even after you have checked in. This is in addition to the fact that it doesn't let you know when you are done. To tell it that the check-in has been completed, you must click on the check in button. The second button does not work.

It is terrible. It won't allow me to log in even though I used the right pin. And don't think of using your fingerprint. If you do that, it's likely you won't be able log in again. Even if you do log in, it will tell you that the app cannot pull your data at least 50% of the times. I wish my doctor had used another app.
