It is amazing to me that people have permissions to access your location, microphone and phone. It shouldn't need permissions for camera, because the device you are using has the camera. If you do not allow the permissions it will attempt to block you from accessing the app. However, you can bypass this by pressing the back button of your Android. It's still very suspicious that they request these permissions.

The app does not meet the requirements of a medical device. It's quick to connect, but once you get into the features it is a big drop in app quality. The interface is simple, but not polished. It almost feels like someone started with a draft of the app and decided that this was cool. These videos cannot be downloaded outside of the app, or sent by SMS. To send a video, I used screen record. It's not a great app.

It's almost perfect. It would be nice to have an option to turn the camera image so it stays that way .... and save the settings to make sure you don't do this every time. You can turn your phone in the opposite direction, but it will not save the photos. You also need more options to customize it, such as removing the sound (which I find totally incongruous), and so on.

This may not be compatible with Android Spring 2020 updates. The borescope worked perfectly when I bought it in the fall. However, after the update the device stopped recognizing the camera over Wi-Fi. It works great on both older Androids as well as iPhones. It works well when it does, and it has never caused me any problems.

EDIT: This issue is with Android 10. There is a solution. Take a screenshot and use the app normally. This worked perfectly for me. It worked well for me, but it was too short to last. Recently, I bought a new phone and installed it again. It's not saving my pictures. Can you help me to figure out what's wrong?

Camera worked perfectly until my phone was reset for an unknown reason. The app stopped working after I had reinstalled it. Although the camera appears to be working properly, nothing is visible on my screen. Neither do the menu options located on the right-hand side of the screen. Nothing works when I try to open the app. It is impossible to open an options menu. This is the point where I realize that this camera was a waste of money. Please fix this ASAP, developers.

Although it is strange to connect to the hotspot WiFi of the camera, it does work. It would be nice to have the ability to rotate my view permanently, instead of it returning to its normal orientation after I exit the rotater. But it is on a smartphone. It worked fine after I turned it around.

The biggest waste of my money. It won't stay connected long enough for you to use it. It needs permissions it shouldn't need. It needs access to my telephone service. Who is this app going to contact? It also needs permissions to access all files, photos, and location services. While I understand that the app needs access to photos to save them, it also requires access to system and location files. This product and application should not be purchased.

It was a great idea. My patients loved it. They were amazed at how they could see their pathology and print it out to take with them. The problem now is that my new Android phone does not recognize the device. This is because it cannot detect any Android device which has software higher than Android 10. It was so easy to use.

However, the App does work. But there is an issue that depends on your security settings. This is the wifi setting that I set on my smartphone for security purposes. The problem I had was getting the wifi connection that I desired. It worked after I changed my Wifi settings and gave the permission for "inskam WiFi" to be enabled. My devices were defaulted to automatically connect to my home Wifi. Once I changed to "inskam WiFi", the app and device started communicating. Boom!

Rubbish. The comnents indicate that the app can be used with several products. It worked with my USB otoscope, not the wi-fi. Although it mentions OTG, the OTG cable doesn't work. You can just connect it directly (galaxy Note 10) and it will be fine. It bleaches the area nearest to the LEDs, while the darker areas - such as the part in focus – are too dark. You can do extensive damage to your ears by trying to clean it with earplugs. Don't do it.

It doesn't recognize the camera. You will see a blank screen when the app asks you to connect (which can be erratic). Camera is fine with a laptop. The app is difficult to use, and has limited functionality by its looks.

It is disappointing. It asks me to connect the device. The scope is currently in continuous flashing mode. USB OTG app informs me my device is compatible. It tells you it is compatible. Yet, I'm unable to use the device. Your team, as I stated, is disappointed. I'm hoping that they can come up with an acceptable "fix" for me.

It won't connect to my Huawei. Then it says there is an update. I tried going to the link, but it said there was a problem with the gateway. It won't display the image that it is taking.

I bought the app but it does not work. The firmware claims that the app has the no detect version. This is just to laugh at the possibility of malware being planted. 56MB is quite a large size for an app with a camera.
