LTS Connect App For Windows

This app's latest version (4.19) has terrible features. This app has been in my hands since Oct 2021 and I've never had any issues. The latest update is causing many problems. You can only view all of the cameras in the same window. If you attempt to open a camera view with a bigger view, the app will just spin and give an error message about failed to load. It is also not very well laid out. The screen used to fill the entire screen, but it now only covers half of the screen with controls taking over the rest. It would be nice if the controls could be hidden once again.

It is not user-friendly at all. There are so many steps involved in finding where you want to go. Live view can be confusing, depending on how you set your settings. It was simple to use the old app. The new one is too complicated for me to explain it to customers. How do I recover my account after you have registered your phone number or email address? This assigns you a username that nobody can ever forget. It's a bit disappointing

Best of luck. The app is neither user-friendly nor plug-and-play. It is difficult and confusing to set up remote viewing via cellphone. It is not easy to add IP cameras or configure them for network view. You will need the assistance of a LTS professional.

The app is still in its infancy. They will blame the problem on your phone. There are a few annoying issues with the app that can make it seem unreliable. - The base unit will delay for about 5 seconds before the phone rings. This delay does not apply to the zero delay. You can set the phone to continue ringing for as long as you want, regardless of whether the party was let in by another unit. It takes 30 seconds for a ring to go off. Believe me, it feels longer. It is not possible to tell if the party is open (door left unlocked). This is something it needs to know and relay to you so that you can continue trying to make contact with the person who's no longer there. These things were relayed to the support group via their website, but I received no reply.

With the two LTS cameras that I own, this app doesn't work since day 1. Tech support has been a constant help throughout my time with the app. I haven't been able to get the camera to playback events consistently. The notifications are there, but the video won't play when I attempt to view it. My experience with the LTS cameras has taught me to regret purchasing them. These issues can be resolved by the developers, but it is a two-star rating for now. It works! It works!

This app and the LTS camera are both compatible with this phone. Even though my motion detection area was set to the lowest setting and nothing is moving in it, I still get over 90 notifications. My single saved motion detection zone does not appear on the page. There is no customer service. Extremely frustrated

This needs a lot more work. Time stamping doesn't work for playback... It shows motion detection lines, but it misses actual times. We will review each minute that is not needed. It is also possible to skip the motion detection time stamp. This is fluid, but not spectacular. Portrait mode has a smaller screen size. Basic things such as the ability to arrange different cameras on your home screen were not considered by developers.

This app was transferred to my tablet on 07.04.22. I logged into the camera but not out, and asked for an encryption password. LTS Connect was the exception. All other apps work flawlessly. The emails I send to them are not allowed. Update! Update! What is the best way to get updated? Cameras will not be visible live anymore.

Video won't load 80% of time! Loss of connection or times out. Yes, my internet connection speed is adequate. Before I purchase this app, I will check other options.

This app is terrible. It's not user-friendly. When I go back to look at video clips, it just skips over the movement. This app is ridiculous.

It was fine until a few days ago when my family couldn't access the CCTV. It has been a while since I received an update about the problem. I hope to hear from you soon

It has been very reliable for many years. It was easy to put together and use. It works well with my LTS 8ch HDTV.

It doesn't log in and saves renamed cameras. Camera stills are also lost. This means that I need to identify which number of the camera grid to choose by memory. The names won't stay and there is no image to go with it. Remote monitoring cameras is extremely difficult. It has gotten worse in the last couple of updates.

No apparent cause logs out. You will need to restart the power supply. After Android update, videos no longer load. It is not possible to update LTS. It might be necessary to return to my Ring Doorbell. The siren was replaced by the alarm tone from the bell outside a few days back. It is impossible to change it.

A good app overall. It was easy to receive notifications about motion triggers. The security access level is also good. It would be nice if it were available on my TV and tablet.
