Update: App has been improved. There are fewer log ins and resets. It is necessary to improve the wifi connectivity of the company's wifi (range, connection speed and consistency). The process can sometimes be slow and temperamental. It has a new look. I am still testing it out to see if the user interface is intuitive and if there are any issues with finding items within the app. I haven't yet seen any adds.

They reduced my rating each time I was asked to rate it. And they haven't solved the issue of me forgetting who and what I am. Biometrics and PIN both stop working. My fingerprint is still the same. This is not something I do anywhere else. My fingerprint is safe with me bank indefinitely. There are some great features, but it is unacceptable that I fail to log in when there is work ahead of me. It's 2022. It's 2022.

It was horrible. Request a week's leave. You will need to provide each day's information to be granted. Managers cannot view your requests. They must be notified individually and then enter the information manually. Even if the app is running in background, it logs you out of the app automatically. You can't check your messages for verification codes without being shut down.

Although the app is now a bit buggy, it still worked for me. I can't clock in and out, it says that the session is over even though it was just starting. It's very annoying to have to pull out my computer every time I want to log in to the internet or exit. Sometimes, I can't do this because my computer isn't in an accessible area.

It's a useless app. This app makes it impossible to change your password. It is more than all the other logins I have combined. I don't need to do this for any bank, credit or medical record. It then tells me that my security questions have been changed, which is false. It makes you go through so many hoops they won't be able to keep track of them. Perhaps if I could get into the site without changing my password ...., then maybe it would be possible.

The app works well, but it lacks a basic function. Appraisals and periodic feedback take time. The app will stop responding when you enter feedback. It also loses any typed content. You could execute it in a way that the text isn't lost. It happened several times to me over the years.

Every time I choose "Time Tracking" and "My Schedule", the app crashes. App issues are not addressed by the Workday Assistant. The assistant text box doesn't give any feedback and acts as if it were a new field. It also moves the cursor from one end to another while editing words. Some data fields in the app are too small and are cleared after subsequent selections.

It is terrible. This app is very inconsistent and buggy. It often crashes due to "connection issues" glitches despite having excellent reception at work. Although this is a small inconvenience it can become a problem when it relies on the computer to clock in or out. It was very foolish to switch to this timekeeping system.

The app crashes whenever I attempt to access Time Tracking, which is the main reason I use it. Frustrating! I find it frustrating! It's not uninstalled, but I still need it to do my job. It is my hope that one day I can use Time Tracking without it crashing. If the developer of this app responded to the many negative comments, it would be a nice gesture to give an explanation or estimate of how long it will take to fix these problems.

About 20% crashes when entering PIN. Each button presses takes five seconds to respond. It takes many button presses to check in or out, which makes the most popular use cases a tedious task. Your credentials are randomly forgotten by it. It will then suddenly forget your credentials and refuse to login. It is terrible, with bugs and a horrible design.

This app is terrible. Although I hate leaving negative reviews, I really dislike this app. It can take me up to five times to open and close the app. I'm not moving so it isn't a problem. If I was required to complete a lot of paperwork and walk for a mile to clock in, it would make the task less stressful. This app works occasionally, but it's not the best.

Although it's very easy to use, I find it less user-friendly than our previous system. It is possible to find contact information for all employees and makes it easier to search for job opportunities. However, these are not the features that I would use often. The new system has made it impossible for me to change my pay distribution and set up direct deposits. These are features that I have used quite often.

Although it is a great layout, there are some minor issues. It would have been easier to choose a 24-hour clock so that I didn't need to touch the minute slot while I submit my time. Sometimes I experience lag while submitting my time, which can be frustrating. However, this is very rare. It is a very user-friendly and effective app. I love the careers tab, where you can view the bosses of others and make contact with them for your professional growth.

Navigation is a bit complicated and clunky. To log in, you will need to receive a code via text or telephone calls. You can use fingerprint login or trusted devices instead. It won't let anyone request days off via it. Instead, it will say that the service is not available at this time or simply that it isn’t. These problems may be specific to the company version I use, though I haven't been able to find any.

The app has a lot of bugs and stammers starting at the password screen. This is especially frustrating as my Android OS version appears to be only 99%. It is confusing, visually busy, and far too monochromatic. It's only something I use when absolutely necessary. The confusing interface combined with the limitations of the app make it difficult to navigate. It is ridiculous that this app requires me to use my computer to complete many things I started in it. I find it less useful than most other apps.
