Adobe Fill & Sign: Easy PDF Form Filler App For Windows

This app is amazing. It's obvious that those who give it low marks don't know how to use the app. It is possible to add the text box wherever you want it on the document. It would be a little easier to align the boxes exactly where you need them, but you can hold the box and it will bring up a magnifier so you can see how to position it. It is very easy to sign and complete pdf forms. There is no other app that I find easier.

It is possible to sign and complete the date right over the PDF. Editing the PDF files, which are usually created for printing purposes, is an excellent idea. It would be great if this tool also had a highlight function. This app is easy enough to use that there's no learning curve.

It seems simple enough. You can take a screenshot from your email and then upload it to here. Select an area and make sure the text is the right size. Then, click on the button to start typing. This is where things get complicated. You must resize every spot in a document. Otherwise, you'll be able to type directly onto the document. This app would be a nightmare for me as a recent hire. I had over 50 documents that I needed to complete so it could take weeks. We are not accepting.

It was a little difficult to complete the form after I had the boxes aligned correctly. It was still easy to sign a document. After the box was aligned, click on Add Signature. Although I couldn't get the keyboard to work, I was able to hit A letters. This made my type larger or smaller. It's otherwise a five-star rating. It was easier than the other PDF reader I used. It was at least easy for someone who is not a pro to complete a form.

This might not work the way you used to fill out forms. This app allows me tap any area in the PDF file and type whatever text I want. It works as long as I can export my finished product via email and it doesn't contain any ads. However, the PDF file management interface is confusing. It records each time that I open the same file outside the app as a separate entry. It's a great app overall.

V 140. This app is garbage. The positive reviews are both inexcusable. * The grid is invisible and text boxes can only be created using it. This grid cannot be altered as it is too big. Grid has no relationship to the text underneath. You can't move text boxes if there is no other option selected. Tap and hold the button for several seconds. Even this may not work sometimes. * The font is often too big. It is not possible to shrink it vertically, since it will be pushed down to the baseline of the text box, which has already been out of place due to its creation on the grid. It is impossible to change the default font size. It would be necessary to change it for each new text box. The 'help' section is basic and insulting. The settings are basic and insufficient. * Pressing the Menu button will bring up a More button, which does absolutely nothing. This is not about learning how to use. For 28 years, I have been making text boxes on various platforms. It's not my fault if every trick I know, plus the available help and settings don't always get it correctly placed. Adobe is the exception, it turns out. And all of them.

This app has a major problem. It is extremely frustrating to find the correct spot by tapping on it. Even though you have a stylus and tap the spot with the box, your name, address, etc. will appear. It is not exactly where it should be. It is impossible to create a professionally-looking, completed document.

Pros: It was simple to complete. If the document does not have fillable forms then it may be of use. My documents have already included forms. It was just a matter of finding a program that I could use to complete it. It was great that my stylus could be used to create a wet sign. Pros: No landscape layout, only portrait. You can't edit, remove, or view pages without forms. Yes, I can use a computer or phone to ...).

I'm not sure what the problem is with my Samsung Chromebook and app, but there are no tabs to download. I tried to contact the support team via chat but got no reply! Adobe's statement that "anytime anywhere and any device" is true was disappointing! The app works well on my LG smartphone! It is however very difficult to use. It is difficult to find the fill-in boxes and they don't display the right font in the spaces, making them useless for my files and work. Perhaps there's a way to do it differently? No response via chat! This app could have been compatible with my Chromebook, which I think would save me valuable mobile time.

The app is great, and I love all the features. One major problem: Most or all my data may shift from the original line that I have placed after I submit my form. Because data may shift, and it can appear above text on the form or high above the line making the information look unprofessional and illegible. This is something my company cannot afford. This is a topic I am interested in hearing from anyone who has an insight.

It is a great feature to be able to sign documents. My only suggestion is that it be more like Google Drive's pdf-form filling capability. The app detects the location of the form and follows the outline. Although I like the option to drag the text, an automated option would be a great addition.

It is impossible to save as pdf with third-party applications. You can also not fill out certain forms accurately if your last name contains an I or J. It doesn't matter if the form is one where you have to fill in letters into boxes. They aren't all the same size. An accidental tap will most likely leave an x on your form. You will almost need to delete the x from the pop-up menu in order to get rid of it. This app is terrible. Bad design

Faulty!!! This app used to be amazing, but it stopped working last week. It no longer saves any data. I fill in forms pre-filled out and collect signatures. Once the app is closed, everything disappears. It won't list the form under "recent documents", sometimes the signature won't be saved, and i must resign the page several times. The bottom line: Sign the entire page at once or not.

This app was amazing. I was halfway through the form when the app wouldn't let me add text. Even tried to type somewhere else, then drag the text to where it was needed. The page was nearly unusable for half the time. It was very frustrating. These are too frustrating.

It didn't work out as I had hoped. I was certain that the application would adhere to and adjust to the file I placed. It doesn't. It just gives you the option to fill out a pre-made profile. It does allow you to save your signature so that it can be pasted anywhere. It did not perform as I expected.
